I've bought new and pre owned guitars, amps and accessories from Richtone Music and also sold gear to them and traded in gear as well. On the purchase side, I've always been very happy with the competitive pricing and the quality of the gear I have bought. On the selling side, I've always been offered decent prices. No hassell here, quotes given promptly either in store or via their 'sell my gear' platform. Yes they make a good profit on pre owned gear, but fair play to them, they are a small business, and pay up straight away, either by bank transfer or in cash. Private Ebay sales would provide a higher return, but this can be long winded. Great to see a 'bricks and mortar' well established business which seems to be thriving. Purchase of Guitar Neck Lacquer.

Came well packaged and I was given plenty of notifications on progress. The only downside with my order was that having initially ordered it and paid for it some weeks ago, I was informed that the item was out of stock. This was despite it being available on line. In fairness, I was offered a refund but I decided to stick with my original order. I was in no hurry. I've got it now so all is well that ends well.

Easy to order on line. Item arrived in good time and well packaged. The vinyl LP which I bought, I had been searching for it for two years. This 54 year old first pressing LP is in superb condition. Plays like a dream. Not particularly expensive either. This album - The Emerson, Lake and Palmer debut on the Pink, white 'I' label is as stunning in quality as it sounds. I bought a nice American electric guitar recenty. The salesman offered me the option of buying it on six months interest free credit through V12 Retail Finance Ltd. I paid a small deposit and went ahead with this option. It took no more than five minutes to sort out. Brilliant.

Fender spares are generally easy to find on the Gear for Music Web site. Prompt delivery. 3 days.

Got the product I needed. Took eight minutes messing about getting through the phone menu and waiting for a real person to answer. Then I was on the phone for 45 minutes getting the travel insurance I needed. Yes I've got medical issues but I thought the cost was extortionate to be honest. I went for a yearly policy with a pay plan over 12 months which will save money overall. The agent dealing with me was brilliant.

I captured a candy apple red tele from GAK at a superb price in their Fender flash sale recently. Came perfectly packaged and set up. Next day delivery at no cost. A beautiful guitar. Outstanding product and service. I'll definitely use GAK again.

I've played Fender guitars and basses for the last 25 years of my life and I've always worshipped American Fenders but you know what? Only yesterday I ordered a candy apple red Fender Player telecaster for a change and it came early today. So full marks to GAK for getting it shipped out so quickly. This guitar is NOT a budget guitar. It's an entry pro instrument which came beautifully set up. It only needed a couple of minutes to tune it up. The action on it is spot on with the strings close to the frets. I'm so pleased to get this guitar in the iconic candy apple Red with a maple neck which is beautifully lacquered. The paint finish is flawless. Even playing it unplugged, chords sound great and it's ideal to play as a practice lead instrument this way too. It came securely packaged and boxed. What a buy, what a fantastic price and what a service.
