Got the product I needed. Took eight minutes messing about getting through the phone menu and waiting for a real person to answer. Then I was on the phone for 45 minutes getting the travel insurance I needed. Yes I've got medical issues but I thought the cost was extortionate to be honest. I went for a yearly policy with a pay plan over 12 months which will save money overall. The agent dealing with me was brilliant.
