I cannot express strongly enough how…

I cannot express strongly enough how poor this company is.
Communication is a farce, impossible to get past the Mumbai call centre advisors, nobody calls you back EVER.!!
When you complain, the complaint is not logged or dealt with accurately, and the whole process is long winded and impersonal.
Trying to transfer my pension pot elsewhere is met with obstacles as to why it cannot be completed causing delays, which is in breach of pension regulations.
Astonishing poor customer service and even worse management of your account and funds.

The service received is horrific

The service received is horrifically bad.
The live chat is not working, phones are not working, and when you get a reply on email it is very unprofessional, vague and dismissal of your enquiry.
I ordered a part on the 10th April and as i could get no information, and I needed the part, I ordered elsewhere. I have been trying to cancel my order to get a refund but eSpares will not co-operate.
Miraculously the part has now been dispatched, and to get a refund I need to return it.!!!! At my cost.!!!!!
What an absolute joke.
Incredibly poor attitude from staff, Covid should not be used as your excuses.
DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER
