This is a massive scam - avoid them - I was signed up to a subscription service of £39/month without them telling me - I understood it was for the first lesson I was paying . Tried to cancel - it’s impossible to do despite them sending you around in circles on the website in your “account “. Tried to cancel it pending from my bank but it won’t unless it goes through . Only AI responding and obviously it’s of no use. It’ll also automatically renew and I can’t stop it ! Will contact bank in the morning

Terrible . Interesting to note you can only leave them a review if you complete your “experience”. What if they cancel it and leave you high and dry ? That has happened with me. Exceptionally rude and offhand guide called Hugo. Supposed to do a tour of the Louvre with us , booked in and paid for . Announces with a couple of weeks to go that he has changed the time - which we cannot make - and offers us a different time . We have booked timed entry tickets for the Louvre , including one for him - and now have no guide and no prospect of one . What a terrible experience . Useless service that has just cost me money with nothng to show for it. Would go so far as to say they are a crowd of frauds

The most amazing house - what a fantastic heritage with Adam and Chippendale . Completely let down by an indifferent guide to the house with really not very much information on the artwork, hopeless guides stationed in the rooms looking things up on I pads (clueless) and they have ruined the parterre at the front , now filled with gravel and the planting mostly stripped out . What a terrible pity .

Well it isn’t made clear at all that you cannot book things in advance with the Copenhagen card. So for museums, galleries and palace entry I will have to queue up and hope on the day. If I can known this I would never ever have bought this ! How ridiculous

Received cushions that were extremely smelly . I did get a level of cooperation from the shop how we and have negotiated a return , however not before I was talked down to as the suggestion was that duck down usually smells as it is a natural product . However I have many many duck down filled pillows, cushions and duvets and have not had this problem with any of them . I now have to take the cushion covers to be dry cleaned as they also now smell terrible . However Natalie was helpful in Customer Care and they have agreed to have them back and give me a refund assuming they are not damaged - which they are not apart from it’s unpleasant to be in the same room as them !

A miserable experience . Order for Christmas ( ordered with over 2 weeks to spare) arrived after Christmas. Total confusion abounded . I was told they didn’t have the address, they didn’t have my name , they had redirected it to the warehouse , they hadn’t redirected it to the warehouse, I would have to refuse the delivery they hadn’t sent , I was being sent it again . They did eventually refund me but never ever again
