Criminals!

This company has billed me for 3 months running now despite a request to cancel my subscription 4 MONTHS AGO. There is no way to do this manually and they will just continue to steal off me month after month and I have no idea what to do NEVER EVER GO NEAR THIS APP

Do not waste your money

I am genuinely baffled by the positive reviews of this brand and their products. I purchased a set which included a base coat, one powder pot that was half full, a top coat that smells like toxic burning plastic and an application wand that is now rendered useless because it’s caked in product. I tried three times to apply this product, carefully following the instructions and every time was a total disaster. The powder is near impossible to apply evenly and looks awful and patchy. It builds up and cakes in areas and the application wand is bizarrely shaped. I tried the brush end first try and it looked like a 4 year old had painted my nails. On my final try, which again took me well over an hour to attempt, I decided to leave the product on to test its wear and by the evening had multiple chips. Lastly, the absurd amount of packaging used for these tiny bottles is pretty shameful and Sistaco should do better to reduce their single use plastic down and wasteful packaging significantly. I wouldn’t waste your time, money or patience and just go and get a manicure. Never again!

There are lots of things below that we can immediatley see are wrong and we can certainly assist. If your application is correct, your brush cannot get caked in product for example. All the issues here are linked together, the uneven application, the caking on the applicator and the early chipping. Let us help you, we can so easily. Con artists do NOT trust!

Con artists - avoid at all costs! As per some of the reviews below, I ordered some lights weeks ago and they never arrived. After multiple attempts chasing them for updates, and being told there are 'staffing' issues, my order has still not arrived. I asked for a refund, to which the response I received was that I need to send the item back for a refund - how is this possible when I haven't received it in the first place!!! This is a shady company do NOT order from them.

Wait times of 1+ hours, stay away from this company

Worst customer service ever experienced, I have called 3 times now and waited in the queue for the fraud department for OVER AN HOUR to not get through to anyone. This is unacceptable, especially as it's an urgent matter. I don't care how many people are calling your company or how busy you are, you're a corporation who should prepare and hire enough resource to handle your customers. I will 100% be leaving Halifax after this as I can't afford to deal with shoddy customer service when it comes to sensitive and urgent matters as my banking!

Do not waste your time!

Around 30% of my results came back 'inconclusive' and I've been told I need to pay for an entirely new test to receive the results. No consideration given to the fact we are in the middle of a global pandemic and postage delays will quite easily cause issues with samples, instead the customer is penalised and charged for another test. I have lost money on this as a result - thank you for nothing!

Hi Jess,

We're sorry to hear around 30% of your results couldn't be processed. This is usually caused by clotting or haemolysis.

Clotting can happen if there’s a delay between collecting your sample and posting it. Or if the blood hasn’t touched the gel at the side of the tube.

For the yellow tube, if you squeeze your finger too hard when taking your sample, it can lead to haemolysis. This is when your red blood cells burst.

Please be reassured that each tube has a gel in it which stabilises the sample for week. If your sample had been affected by postage delays, you would've been notified about this and sent a free replacement kit.

We'll ensure you don't lose money on this. For a minority of missing results, we offer Thriva credit so you can add these missing tests to your next subscription test package, free of charge.

Or if you'd prefer, we'd be happy to refund you the credit amount instead.
