Wait times of 1+ hours, stay away from this company
Worst customer service ever experienced, I have called 3 times now and waited in the queue for the fraud department for OVER AN HOUR to not get through to anyone. This is unacceptable, especially as it's an urgent matter. I don't care how many people are calling your company or how busy you are, you're a corporation who should prepare and hire enough resource to handle your customers. I will 100% be leaving Halifax after this as I can't afford to deal with shoddy customer service when it comes to sensitive and urgent matters as my banking!
