Excellent company to deal with

Had issues with my 695 Alarm system which was fitted by dealership on a new 25plate campervan.
After visting the dealership to resolve the issue this was not sorted of 3 months of waiting. Contacted Autowatch and spoke to Graham who offered to resolve the issue even though they had not fitted the system, this company went above and behond to help and have resolved the problem. A big to thankyou Malcolm for allowing Graham to travel to Doncaster, very much apprecieted. Graham had a wealth of knowledge and was a very nice guy.

This review is a follow up to my 5 star…

This review is a follow up to my 5 star rating a gave you.
Firstly i have to say Tracker Team have been outstanding in there customer service and on going support up until now you are aware of this.
But yesterday i had i guy out from Autowatch to fix a problem i was having with my alarm system.
When doing this he Noticed how my tracker and Ghost 2 had been installed. Shocking to say the least, Installer Jason from Tamworth. After paying £649 for fitting then £155 to have tracker enabled i would't have expected this van could have easily have been stolen with in seconds.
How many others have had the same shambles of a installation and have know idea.
I am extremly diappointed with this.

leaking water tank ,and alarm issue

I Purchased a new elddis evolution cv40 campervan with in weeks i started to notice issues. Water tank under the van was leaking. On the back doors one of the catches that holds the door shut had a bolt half way out, and one of the window catches on the near side windows wasn't screwed down.
then to top it off the alarm system was not working as it should,this hadn't been setup correctly.
After a phone call to Elddis they said this is a dealer issue as they sold the van.
But at the end of the day it was built and all installations was done at elddis.
Then comes the warranty claim what a farse that is, Alarm not not worrking as it should can become a insurance issue.
Went to the dealership 5th of June after 7 weeks i got a email saying new ecu for alarm should arrive ETA 22nd september. what a joke that is.
This problem has been Rectifyed now by the company who's alarm i have.
My suggestion to Elddis is the person who is doing the alarm install make sure he knows what he is doing on setting things up with the van keys ECT.
Also make sure your vans have a proper Pre Delivey inspection before leaving the factory. It seems the dealership has to deal with your failings.

Renewel of broadband

Had a phone call today regarding broadband renewing contract, which isnt due to end until 19th of December.
When i said its not due yet, but bt is too expensive, he said do you want a cheaper deal. No mate i said.
BT guy said suit yourself and put phone down . His attitude stinks.

Have noticed BT dont bother reply to comments, it just shows its shit from top to bottom.

You need some honest staff working for…

You need some honest staff working for you. Should have recieved £850 dji drone. Some thief took the sticker off my parcel and stuck it on a Shein bag £5 of rubbish.Leaving the original sticker on which was for a lady in the next village which had, had a black marker pen through her address.

Avoid this Companys products

I spoke to customer services regarding the era door lock, as they say on there website 10 year warranty. I have had 2 locks in 4 years they both broke on the same part. i was ask for photo's which i sent. I was told locks had been catching they could see witness marks and i needed a door doctor as this would keep happening. The alleged witness marks were grease which i wiped off and resent photo's, Gaynor agreed with me. I had sent receipts of proof of the 2 door locks i had purchased. This was not enough for Gaynor she wanted the original receipt for the Door lock or door fitted once she has that i will get a replacment. which i don't have not after 14 years. Why didn't she says this in the first place instead of asking for photo's and receipts.

What a complete Joke virgin money are

What a complete Joke virgin money are. I have been trying for 4 days to pay off my credit, the app keeps failing and saying we are unble to verify who you are, also I was unable with debit card by adding a new payee Virgin load there own details in, why i don't know never had a problem before. After 5 phone calls 3 1/2 hours on the phone I had to go my local branch 13 mile round trip £2.80 in a car park for less than 5 mins for them to take payment.
I have listened to that much crap from them saying various things and they still haven't solved the issue with the app for me. Its like listening to a politician without solving the issue.
They just keep passing the book, top and bottom of it they just don't have a clue.

I spoke to one of your assistants this afternoon. To be told it always fails on the first attempt with a new credit card.
Funny is that it wouldn't let me pay with my old card. Just chatting rubbish yet again.

Mudflaps Poor Quality

I ordered a full set of mudflaps for the T 6.1. These are very poor quality cheap rubbish, not worth £5 never mind the £30 I paid should have been £35 🤣🤣🤣. Don't purchase these you will be disappointed, by the way these came from Van Pimps so it said on the box.

Virgin why on earth have I got to keep…

Virgin why on earth have I got to keep authorising payments from my own bank accout to my own credit card its beyond me. Also make things easier for older customers, so they don't have to put name address and what country they are from ect when making a payment. This was so easy with The Yorkshire bank

Well it took less than week to join and…

Well it took less than week to join and then Leave this company. Absolutley shocking for Calls and Data. Calls continuosly disconnecting, Data just about non- existent. Despite the coverage in my Area saying 4G is good indoors and outdoors when you look on coverage checker. (Not True False Information).
Its Strange that though Lebara piggy back off Vodaphone Network, they send you a text to install there APN (Access Point Name) which is (Lebara Intenet) this is in case you are having trouble connecting to the Internet with Vodaphone. For the Record this makes no difference at all not in my area anyway.
I got a message on 29th October saying we will call you shortly to discuss my complaint, They Never Did.
Be carefull if your thinking of signing up, Cheap prices draw you in and people don't always see beyond this.
Customer care is very poor

Shocking Data & Calls

My number has been ported over today, and i have nothing but issues data is virtually non existent E & H+ and voice calls keep dropping. (cutting off). This is when Lebara say i will get 4g indoor and outdoor. Trying to get UK live Chat i am unable to find this. Absolutly shocking for the first day. can someone help please

I didn't have an issue indoors with…

I didn't have an issue indoors with calls I always could recieve and make them, but over the last 6 -8 months it has been a nightmare. All I get from on line chat is try flight mode on and then turn back , if no joy reset phone back to factory setting replace sim and make sure software is up to date. All this has been done but I still have the same issue as does my wife. I am now told to use WiFi calling What a joke use WiFi calling I shouldn't have to especially when I didn't have an issue before. The issue is with the mast this is what needs updating.

This morning I received a call and while talking the phone cut off and said the number you have called is not recognised please try again hows that when I am connected and talking to someone also I didn't call this person they called me ,what with the signal issue now this😡😡. I contacted Three network again after talking on online chat for a while and getting know where I have now decided next month when contract is up I will be going to another provider.

You can still check your balance, view your statements and make a payment but you'll now also be able to view your PIN, freeze your card and complete balance and money transfers.

K4 full control power gun

I had an issue with the K4 full control power gun, this been with the attachments been so tight to lock into the gun and remove it was a struggle.
Karchers service was excellent, the power gun was replaced along with an O ring set. 👍

Hermes what JOKE of a company

Hermes what JOKE of a company. Parcels have been thrown over the gate when we are not in, and they say we have signed for them CCTV proves otherwise. Parcels supposed to be left in a safe place when anyone could have taken them, the last parcel said delivered and signed for WRONG the delivery driver obviously wanted a early finish, it came 2 days later she apologised when I confronted her and said I did mean to ring you but i forgot. Totally unprofessional
