Virgin why on earth have I got to keep authorising payments from my own bank accout to my own credit card its beyond me. Also make things easier for older customers, so they don't have to put name address and what country they are from ect when making a payment. This was so easy with The Yorkshire bank

As our digital journey progresses, storing payment details may change going forward although I'm not aware of that being in the pipeline at the moment.
