Above and beyond and so unexpected
My campervan is up for sale so I needed to replace the broken fob membrane. A lot of places would only supply the fob and were copies of, not an original Autowatch item. Other quotes for the membrane only were £30+. I contacted Autowatch directly and a very nice lady called Patricia asked me a couple of questions about which fob I had. I sent her a pic of the problem and I got an email saying she would put one in the post for me. A day later and the membrane turned up. Brilliant service really nice to find people in this day and age who just give a service above and beyond what they need to do. So thank you Patricia and well done Autowatch for employing such a lovely lady.

Tom and I spoke on many occasions as we looked to diagnose the issue. I can honestly say that he continually went above & beyond to help me and my Tech at my local garage. Evenings / weekends were never too much of a problem and Tom really did a great job explaining why we were taking various steps.
He is a gentleman & has a clear passion for his craft. A real people person who is nothing but a credit to Autowatch.

We recently tried to change our PIN and in the process locked ourselves off the Device. Rang the next day and spoke to Lisa, she was so calm and collective. She guided my wife step by step and resolved our big panic. Amazing product and support. Highly recommend Autowatch.
Autowatch solved our Fiat Ducato warning light problem
A Fiat approved garage investigating numerous warning lights appearing on our 6month old Fiat Ducato campervan (which eventually went into limp mode) told us they were caused by the Ghost Immobiliser which they said had to be removed. Tom at Autowatch didn’t think this was the case but got Brad (from Perth) to us within the hour. Brad checked our GI (fitted correctly and working perfectly) and in the process found a loose wiring loom connection that was causing all the warning lights - so nothing to do with the GI. Both Tom and Brad were hugely knowledgable and supportive and didn’t charge us for their time (unlike the garage which failed to find the fault in 5 hours of work).
Our Ghost Immobiliser has been easy to use and given us peace of mind in the security of our van.
Can’t recommend Autowatch highly enough for their product and follow up service.
Excellent Advice
I purchased a Ghost FOB from Autowatch and needed to pair it with a 3year old Ghost. I experienced trouble achieving the pairing and was advised to speak with Tom. I couldn't have asked for better advice and he spent over three quarters of an hour on the phone talking me through the updates required to enable the pairing. Many thanks Tom.

Positive Experience

Fantastic experience from calling the head office explaining my issue with paring the car through the app via the phone. They offered their guy, Tom who spent time with me explaining the Ghost system including successfully pairing the phone to the car. Absolutely first class experience.
Sweetest Service From Tom.
Honestly phoned him up because I found him online and was stuck on the road in my car. I couldn’t figure out why my pin ( ghost immobiliser ) was not working and was on the verge on just towing it away. However, he reassured me to calm down and told me the different steps to try out, even though he did not know me at all and I am not his client.
He then guided me through different step’s to try out and then my car finally started! Thank you so so much Tom and couldn’t have honestly met a sweeter person especially from online. God bless you!

Had issues with my 695 Alarm system which was fitted by dealership on a new 25plate campervan.
After visting the dealership to resolve the issue this was not sorted of 3 months of waiting. Contacted Autowatch and spoke to Graham who offered to resolve the issue even though they had not fitted the system, this company went above and behond to help and have resolved the problem. A big to thankyou Malcolm for allowing Graham to travel to Doncaster, very much apprecieted. Graham had a wealth of knowledge and was a very nice guy.

Had an issue with a Ghost immobiliser on a VW ID3 and fortunately spoke to Malcolm who had a wealth of knowledge on what it could be... luckily I was put in touch with Surj from GT Telematics Ltd for a Ghost immobiliser installation/fault finding and software update....and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I made the enquiry, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The installation was carried out with precision and care, and Surj made sure I was fully comfortable with how everything worked before leaving. He was punctual, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Beware when buying this.
All started really well, I phoned up an agent and within an hour, the fitter had been out, fitted it within 30 minutes, charged me £500, and was on his way.
A few months later, it stopped working, and I phoned the fitter, who came out and was not sure what was wrong.
After pulling it out and rewiring it in again, it seemed to work fine,
Two weeks later, it stopped again. This time, when I phoned the fitted,r he was really busy and said he would phone me the next week,
Two months past and no fitter.
I had to phone an auto electrician who came out and charged me £200 for cash to sort out the wiring.
Not the best result when you need to pay again to have it sorted when still under guarantee.
So be careful when getting one installed who does it.

Rang Autowatch, who gave me two numbers for technicians.
I struck lucky on my first call, and got a really nice guy called Tom, no second name, sadly.
He calmed me down, talked me through the solution, and had us on our way .
Brilliant service, can't thank him enough.

My Ghost Immobiliser needed updating. So contacted Brad at Autowatch, who incidentally was extremely helpful, and put me in touch with Tom, area technician. Who within a couple of hours got in touch with me, and arranged a meeting. Today I met with Tom, and he updated ghost.
Tom went through everything very patiently and wouldn't go until I could tell him everything he told me.
This is what I call customer back up. Outstanding. Thanks guys.
Bluetooth connection issues…
Had been having issues with the bluetooth connections between the ghost & my fob & the app on my phone. A 30 minute phone call with Tom got the software settings updated & installed, key fob & phone app reinstalled...all now working as it should...He was very professional, patient & extremely knowledgeable. He also said I could keep his contact details in case of any further problems..This kind of service is very rare nowadays so THANK YOU Tom from a very happy & grateful customer..
