Unimpressed
The parcel was out for delivery two days later than estimated. Eventually, it was confirmed today that the package would be delivered today between 19:00 and 21:00. I waited up for the parcel to arrive. I diligently watched the tracker map on the app; the driver was near my house but then proceeded to drive away from my town within the last hour of the slot. Now, the tracker on the app says "Sorry we missed you. Please manage your parcel delivery preferences." This is a lie. There was no attempt to deliver. Now I have to waste more time waiting for it on another date. There is no option to get it delivered to a local shop.
Sadly, I have had this experience with Yodel before and, had I realized the courier for today's package was Yodel, I wouldn't have bothered ordering the item.
