Ok product until it breaks/poor customer service
I purchased a washing machine in May 2021. On 18th December 2021 the drum stopped rotating. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone to report the fault, an engineer arrived a few days later on the 22nd. He left around 5 minutes after he arrived and said he had to order replacement parts. By 6th January, I hadn't heard anything. Once again, I sat on hold for around 20 minutes before speaking to someone who said they would chase the parts. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an update call the same day apologising for the delay and assuring me the parts had been despatched the previous day and that I could expect to hear from the engineer the next week. Of course, since then, I have heard nothing and I have been without a washing machine for just over a month. I chased by email on 13th December and have received no response. I am not looking forward to calling them again and sitting on hold. The customer service Beko provides is very poor and the products they make are clearly hit and miss. I was very pleased with the machine until it stopped working and I regret not reading the reviews of the repair service before I purchased it. I cannot recommend their products or customer service.
