I was gutted because i had just completed the tiling of the kitchen floor with tiles from this company (dorchester aged white) and was so pleased that i decided to order more for the hall.
When i looked on their website the same tiles were out of stock !
Fortunately for me when i phoned Sam Slack had due diligence to check the stock himself and said there was enough for my hall - fantastic !

Ordered some Lillys and realised I'd messed up the order. Phoned them but realised it was 7 am on Saturday so I put the phone down. Amazingly they text me right back asking if they could help ! The order was sorted straight away- fantastic
Then on the Sunday I had notification something was back in stock id been waiting for. I text asking if they could add it to my existing order to save on postage and this was sorted too

Went on a 4 day holiday to the Hollier's hotel shanklin isle of white.
I was a bit confused as the coach and driver had a logo from another company. No one explained. Hotel was 2 star so didn't expect much but it was passable but run down. They need to change the description to exclude a pool as it's boarded up and owners are filling it in.
The included excursion was a waste of a day.Would have been better to visit somewhere like Osborne House excluding entry. Extra £14 trip was great around the island.
Drop offs and pick ups at each location on the day trip were extremely difficult for elderly people. Very steep walks from the car park to Cowes centre for example. Couldn't the driver drop off in the centre and park up farther away himself? It was very hot too and even I was sweating going back up the hill.
For the money the trip was worth it but lessons can be learned here.

Don't like not being able to speak to someone because your holiday is not within about a month of departure.
Bot chat is no use for specific problems.
I complained that you charged me £43 more for flights than on my actual booking on Jet2 website with an excuse that flight prices change rapidly. That does NOT mean you should keep the difference if the price actually paid is less ! I bet if it had gone up you would have charged me? Plus another £80.00 POS fee neither you or jet2 admit is their or your charge. NOT GOOD!
I also paid for my son on a slightly different holiday as he can't do 10 nights. I paid the deposit so all should have been booked only for you to email saying flights not available!

Everything has been excellent including communication.

If these tins get any smaller we can use them as a frisbee!

Not only are they now omitting certain chocolates but the actual chocolate itself is low-quality and the wrappers are low quality.

I remember as a child when I saw a large tin of quality Street on my mum's confectionery table in the living room I knew it was Christmas.
I shall cherish those memories despite the tarnish given to it by the absolute rubbish being manufactured now by this company - what a shame.

Food order didn't arrive. Had to chase it only to be told it wasn't coming and would be refunded!

I ordered my swift caravan from Glossop caravans in march just before covid-19 came in the week after. At that point Eddie Collins phone me and kept me informed about progression of the caravan and the unfortunate circumstances because of covid meant that it was on hold until further notice. Eddie Collins kept me informed on and off for over 12 months he sorted out all the problems the colour scheme changing and getting the new colour scheme that I wanted in the first place and I can't thank him enough he is so professional it's unbelievable and the caravan is superb.

have always been frustrated about the amount of kidney in a so called steak and kidney pies in this country so I did a Google search for the best UK steak and kidney pies and ended up watching a review on YouTube of Turner's Pies.
I was impressed so ordered a box of 12 - 4 s&k, 4 steak and ale, 2 chicken and ham and 2 steak and Stilton. They arrived well packed and I tried the steak and kidney. The best pie ever and full of kidney !
My only gripe is at around £3.75 each ( and that's with free delivery on your 1st order) they are too expensive no matter how good they are.
Sometimes however, price doesn't matter as an occasional treat and that's what I will do.
So to sum up I would order more often if they were say 50p each cheaper because of the size.

Had avro for 12 months duel fuel and the service was excellent. Even the switch back to eon was smooth and for a change customer service was faultless.
I imagine most people who work there are happy as their contribution to the company is faultless.
