First class service from first contact through to completion! Everyone we dealt with from the sales team, the surveyor, Project Co-ordinator (Jordan) and the fitting team were polite friendly and professional at all times keeping us updated at every stage. The two gentlemen who fitted the windows arrived promptly and were polite and friendly. They were very respectful of our home - they put dust covers down where needed, brought their own bin for rubbish and cleared everything away when finished and closed the doors when they were in / and of the house (without us having to ask!). Jordan contacted us in advance to advise date & time of install and rang on day of install to see how things went and ask if everything okay and then as promised she sent me through the warranty and insurance documents next day as promised. Overall we are really happy with the service from this company and the windows look fabulous. Thank you to all involved.

There was a huge choice of sofas and the young lady who dealt with our order was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, pleasant and extremely patient.

Ordering was very easy, I was advised at each step (ie order processed, order despatched etc). My order was processed within 15 mins of receipt and despatched within 24hrs and received 2 days later (and that was on standard delivery). Excellent service!!

The website is easy to use, we found a lovely cottage and booking process was very simple. Follow up confirmation email received very promptly with clear instructions regarding future payment etc.

I’ve been with ID for a few years and everything seems to run smoothly. I needed to change my plan recently and found the two customer services people I dealt with were very patient (I’d trie to change my plan online first and got in a bit of a muddle), friendly and courteous and they soon got everything sorted.

I booked by telephone and the gentleman who did my booking was very pleasant & patient - we had couple of technical problems with processing payment by phone but he found another way to do the payment. We were on the phone quite some time but he didn’t make me feel rushed and was very pleasant throughout the whole call.

We've booked through Sykes for many years and have always found booking online or by phone very easy and straightforward. There's always a good selection of holiday properties on offer and the follow up from Sykes always first class. We are kept regularly informed / reminded re payments, directions, key collection etc. The cottage we booked this year, as with previous years, was clean, well-equipped and comfortable and as described on the website. Sykes always follow up on return from holiday to check everything was okay. Would definitely recommend Sykes to friends and family.

All done online - the information given was clear and easy to understand. Instructions to switch to preferred tarriff were easy to follow.

There was a good selection of televisions. The salesperson (Callum) was very patient answering many questions (we are not very 'techie' and our old TV was really old so we didn't know anything about how new TV's work), knowledgeable, friendly and gave lots of advice without being pushy. He explained payment options, gave advice on different TV's but we didn't feel pressured to purchase any particular TV and once our decision was made the purchase was simple and Callum explained about the extra cover we could get and then carried the TV & video we'd purchased out to the car. Excellent service!

Excellent Service throughout whole process of selecting our mattress right through to delivery!! The lady in the showroom was very pleasant and helpful (but not pushy) and made the process of selecting and ordering really easy. From that moment right up to delivery Benson kept us in touch by texts & emails every step of the way. I had to re-arrange the delivery date but did this online very easily and received text from Benson's within minutes confirming the change. The delivery people contacted us in advance to give 2 hour timeslot and arrived prompt, they were very pleasant and took the mattress upstairs. They were taking the old one away for recycling but as our mattress was quite heavy we couldn't manage to take it downstairs so the delivery men took it down - nothing was a trouble to them. I can't obviously comment at this stage about whether or not the mattress is comfortable or on how long it will last as it was only delivered today. I would have no hesitation in recommending Benson's and offer my thanks to the whole team!

When we visited the showroom (in January) we found the Salesman to be friendly, but not pushy, helpful and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain all our options and gave advise without pressurising us to purchase a specific item. After we ordered the follow up was good - with emails and phone call to advise when the carpet would be delivered. As advised the carpet fitter rang on the morning to give approx time of arrival and they were spot on time. Both fitters were polite and friendly and got straight on with the job. They cleared packaging and excess carpet etc away and thanked me for the tea. They did a great job and the carpet looks lovely. Excellent service all round.

Placing the order online was easy and I got an email within a minute confirming order and another about an hour later saying it had been despatched. I ordered on normal (free) 2-3 day delivery - the items arrived 2 days after ordering and were well packaged. Excellent service! Will be ordering again.

The items did not arrive when they were supposed to - although I think this is probably the fault of the delivery company Coopers used rather than Coopers themselves. After trying to get in touch with the courier to try to sort out delivery but with no success I spoke to Coopers to cancel the order but was told that this could not happen I would have to refuse the items when they did finally arrive and then wait for refund. So, although I didn't think this satisfactory, I did so and been told that a refund has now been requested but over a week later (from being told refund requested but 2 weeks later than original delivery date) I'm still waiting for the refund. So I won't be ordering from Coopers again.

Excellent Service/excellent product. Arrived early, was well packaged and works perfectly. Good quality, especially considering reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this seller.
