First class service from first contact through to completion! Everyone we dealt with from the sales team, the surveyor, Project Co-ordinator (Jordan) and the fitting team were polite friendly and professional at all times keeping us updated at every stage. The two gentlemen who fitted the windows arrived promptly and were polite and friendly. They were very respectful of our home - they put dust covers down where needed, brought their own bin for rubbish and cleared everything away when finished and closed the doors when they were in / and of the house (without us having to ask!). Jordan contacted us in advance to advise date & time of install and rang on day of install to see how things went and ask if everything okay and then as promised she sent me through the warranty and insurance documents next day as promised. Overall we are really happy with the service from this company and the windows look fabulous. Thank you to all involved.
