Clearly not bothered about customer satisfaction!
Not happy that my order has been cancelled twice now due to a technical error on their end. Customer service did not have the decency to call me and are demanding me via email to call them to make my order instead.
Update:
After seeing the response from unbeatable blinds, I must say they are absolute liars! They can’t take accountability and to conceal their poor customer service they have made claims that they attempted to call me before cancelling both of my orders. They did not and had they done, this would have been mentioned in their emails that “they’ve tried to reach out, please call back”, but it was not. Not once, but twice, on two separate occasions. Would definitely avoid this deceiving business.
