Worst courier!

I absolutely hate the disrespect of Evri drivers and Evri itself. They have no respect for people’s parcels and they are too lazy to deliver your parcel to your door or follow instructions. One day, I waited for the driver to confront him and I caught him as he threw my parcel aggressively onto the ground. He had no reason as to why he never delivered it to my door or why he was throwing it in that way and literally had nothing to say about his actions. I requested for him not to do that anymore and to bring the parcel up to me when I open the buzzer for him or put the parcel outside my door on the first floor when I am not in, as anyone could take my parcel from the area he was throwing it at. He ignored me and continues to do the same up until now.

Evri sends me an email every time to rate my delivery and every single time I give them a one star and make a comment about this and they have not and probably will never acknowledge this and feed it back to their drivers, so it’s just useless.

I would personally never use them as a courier service and would never recommend anyone to use them, but sometimes it’s out of your control as it’s the business you purchase from who have partnered with Evri.
