I've used Pet Planet on a few occasions. I often get items here for my dog that I struggle to get elsewhere. Service is always quick and well priced.

Dealt with Zooplus a few times now. Goods generally come quite quickly and in good condition. Most things I am looking for are generally in stock. Not had to deal with customer services as everything has always been as ordered.

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. The flowers which came looked better than the picture and delivery was on time. Thanks Again!

Using the website was simple and straightforward. I did notice that my credit card had been authorised twice, although only one transaction went through. The gentleman delivering the machine were excellent and all is fine.

I haven't needed to deal with anyone yet. The set up on the website was easy enough and it seems like a decent level of cover. Let's hope this continues

App is an excellent design and very easy to use. Money management is excellent as you can split spending into categories. Using card abroad with no charges is also excellent. Would be nice to be able to access account on a laptop
