Vivarent were pleasant and efficient,they car was clean and the pick up service was fine one you discovered you had to message them and not phone!

Vivarent were helpful and pleasent. Discover cars responded qiukly to my emails. All went well despite a somewhat confusing booking form!

All is good except your website which is very confusing! Search is hopeless, amending a regular order near impossible and paying rarely works as one would expect.

Beyond Awful!
Very heavy, very clunky, very difficult to clean after use. Impossible to clean behind the roller without using a screwdriver to remove it. Looks like it was made from bits and pieces left over from another product. A waste of my money, and yes it removes dirt as witnessed by the dirty water colour but not stains and it does not dry well either, my carpets are streaky and look worse than before I bought this ! Bought new 30/01/24

The app for booking was not too easy to deal with but the pick ups were good and the drivers very pleasant.

I have been using u masks since the first lockdown and I find them comfortable, however they can slip with conversation, so I hope the new nose clip will help that . On the down side the straps tend to stretch and I think you could offer more colours!

The buying experience was so so, the delivery details were poorly updated by the vendor and I had to contact Vinterior to ascertain why there was a delay. The items I bought were not as I had expected them to be. 100% authentic - no one had been recovered in a very different leather and the fillings had been replaced with cheap foam that didn’t really fit the leather and was not comfy. So disappointed and now going to upholsterer to get them refilled etc. My review is down to the supplier and not Vinterior who have been helpful.

Let down by website ‘location’ system.
I have two stores near me and have to shuffle continuously between the two to check stock, and the platform always loses my previous selections!

The masks have always arrived within 2 days, they are easy to wear, good with spectacles and very lightweight. I just wish the inner part could be washed as it gets a bit grubby way before its life expectancy expires, so buy extra inners!
Do they work? Who knows, with this more aggressive mutation maybe I will find out.

The garden gate was not very robust, the quality of the timbers looked nothing like the picture, there were staples everywhere.
Not very nice but not very expensive.

Good response rate, helpful templates and downloads, the only irritation is too many emails!

I took delivery of a freezer, there was no confirmation that it had been transported vertical, I phoned the number the guys had used to tell me they were in their way, no answer, so I messaged, no answer.
