Awful worse than Yodel

Never use these clowns to send a parcel. Took two to be posted one was and one apparently was never collected visited shop checked cctv and they both was DPD just say “ it’s not been collected “ what a load of crap you have it but you’ve either taken it home or binned it evidence shows you collected it morons

Wasted a whole day and lost a days wages waiting for these moronic dim wits Hermes used to be the worst but when you hear it’s Yodel you gulp knowing damn well you’re screwed! Yodel are disgusting !!!!!

Spoke with a web chat operator who was rude!

Tracked the parcel that was apparently around the corner for 2 hours

Sat outside waiting for the delivery but it never came

They stated they did try to deliver……. Liars!!!! I was sat outside my bloody house you morons!!!! DPD make Yodel look like dim wits

The cowboys

Hermes is the most shocking parcel delivery firm. Poor service, poor excuses, rubbish non existent customer care just a robot that needs a good dollop of Prozac. Low cost courier cowboys

I should add that the local lady is ok, and polite. Yes she refused to deliver a parcel once as it was too big apparently! Missed a child’s birthday due to this,

Whilst I'm pleased to see that you though our delivery team were good, I'm sorry that you're not impressed with our communication and that you weren't impressed with us overall. This would be disappointing for any retailer to hear, but this is especially disappointing as we pride ourselves on providing as much information as we can to our customers.

We don't have any notes from a conversation that we've had about this and I can't see any details relating to a problem, so I'm not sure what may have happened here. We acknowledge that things can go wrong from time-to-time, but we'll always do what we can to learn from them and continue improving.
