The staff are generally really friendly and helpful. But why is it. You make the effort to visit a shop in person, order something and it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. But if you order something at home it comes the next day

On line service is rather dire poor communication (. Emails ) slow service and items arrived late and on different days. Shops are fine but online I’ll avoid. Much better online tool shops

Drivers great. But the rest is a JOKE. Never ever ever use DPD for packages with more than one package as they never deliver more than one item!! Happens every time and now I’ve lost a days work due to these 🤡 s
Over hyped. If us knew about the company that makes the machines I’d have ordered directly from them. Claims it’s pods are better than the alloy ones.
But if you £10 you can get a simple device that removes coffee from the alloy pods so you can use the coffee in the garden and simply put the alloy in the recycling bin.
Loads of other companies do pod schemes which are cheaper.
Sorry Grind but I’ll not be using you again

We definitely think our pods are better than aluminium & reasons for this are: - Our pods are made in a circular process - they are made from food waste, things such as potatoes and corn, before being certified to break down in 6 months. - Aluminium extraction requires a significant amount of energy, pumping out unsustainable amounts of emissions and causing devastation to surrounding areas. - We charge a premium as we work coffee prices out directly with the farmers & engage with them to make sure they have security in their coffee production, well above fairtrade prices and industry norms.
