Originally wrote the review below but I had such a good , fast response that I changed my review. They were very helpful and sorted the issue immediately.

Having just unpacked this, we were disappointed to see two small damaged areas. It’s a real faff to repack and return but having paid a decent amount we would expect it to be perfect.
