Appalling customer service
What has happened to Debenhams .
I would have given minus stars if there was an option,
wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
So I placed an order for 3 pairs of sandal, a broken bag was delivered by hand from Royal Mail with only 2 pairs of sandals in the bag, it had clearly been resealed by someone tying a knot.
Customer service is either an auto AI response or eventually and randomly you get a human response via a messaging app , who then disappears again . So my last message from goodness knows who, is saying wait a month then chase again, this is dreadful customer service . No telephone contact available . This whole scenario is so frustrating and not fair I paid my money up front which was taken immediately Why should I keep chasing an inferior customer service . Now I am nervous to do a return of what I did receive after reading the reviews . Debenhams are you giving us the run around in the hope that we will give up and you win
