Next deliveries going missing don’t order

Next what has happened to you after many years of good service , all of a sudden it has all gone down hill using Hermes as your delivery option. I have had messages saying parcels delivered , so firstly never delivered to the correct address and secondly actually the one parcel not delivered at all so where are my goods that they claim have been delivered. To top it all absolutely no way of contacting anyone at next to sort this out . Hermes in Dorking area is dodgy at the moment beware people and hold back from ordering from next until this gets sorted

Appalling Service dont use

This is the worst delivery company I have had to deal with. So both yesterday and today I received a messages to say goods had been delivered , this is whilst I am in doors, there was no knock at the door, so I go searching the neighbourhood to find parcel outside a completely different address to mine. Now today’s problem is they say they have delivered and took photos only I have received 1 item out of 8 , there is no one to contact to rectify the problem, this is outrageous Hermes , this problem is common in the Dorking area at present

No help what so ever

I have had difficulty getting hold of shredded wheat Honey nut, so I thought the obvious thing to do is contact Nestle direct to seek stock. So the first reply from them was to tell me to go online and try to find it myself !! Thanks for the help ! The second reply to the repeated question was it is difficult for them to tell me where it is stocked ! and said go to stores and ask them to see if they can get it for me , I then asked could they send me some , but they said they simply could not assist with this request . Surely a big company such as nestle with major brands should be able to help me a lot better than this ? Very disappointed with Nestle

Nothing to lose

During lockdown like many I suspect I have been having a big clear out, only not knowing what to do with what I have accumulated, but then hey presto MusicMagpie to the rescue . Via the fabulous easy to use app I could scan barcodes on my cd’s, dvd’s Books etc to see the cash amount that music magpie will give me for these goods that I would have ordinarily thrown out ! And not only that they send a courier to pick it all up for free. Go on give it ago what have you got to lose apart from some spare cash !

I desperately need my money back

I desperately need my money back . Would give minus stars if possible
Basically, they cancelled my flight and are not giving me the option of a refund of MY money , I am now unemployed with no finances coming in the refund of my money is desperately needed to aid day to day living !!!!!!!!
Their call centre provides an automated voice that puts the phone down on you after 20 seconds.
Presumably at one point British Airways must have cared about their reputation. I am not so sure that is the case any more.
Dodging customers who are due a refund is not the way to go. Give me a job on the phone issuing refunds for you !!!!!!

3rd Feb 2020 From a long standing…

3rd Feb 2020 From a long standing customer with an excellent track record. I Wrote a review about the shocking customer service from simply be to which they replied, so I followed instruction and guess what still no resolution . So now I have decided to phone them and so far have been waiting on the line for 33 mins with a constant message saying sorry for the brief delay !!!!!!!! WHAT AM I TO DO , I am sure communications will be different when they don’t get their money on time !

Unacceptable customer service

I have had a simply be account for many years and have been happy shopping with them for a good for choice for the curvery woman. I have managed my account in a very loyal honest and diligent manor for many years. Now through no fault of my own just before the new year my account was hacked, I was the one who alerted them to this and stopped £1800 worth of goods being delivered to a stranger. My online account has been frozen without any correspondence with me , so it meant I could not order my holiday shopping for my jan 2020 holiday and since 30th I have constantly been trying to contact them
by e mail , online chat to discuss this, to manage the situation and to
date 22 jan 2020 there has been no resolution. In particular I have been constantly contacting them as I need to make a payment but
cannot ! This is appalling treatment to me as a loyal customer and would now think twice about dealing with them as a shopping company !!!
