This was a great price, I got the activation Key number within 2 hours. I had problems trying to activate Office 2024, so I got in touch with customer service and the are very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 star service!! I now have Office 2024 up and working :)
Rasman was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He dealt with my issue promptly and all was resolved within 5 mins. I asked another question regarding my printer and he was able to direct me to the correct source.

I contacted Onestream via webchat. I was connected immediately to an advisor. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable regarding One Stream's testing and products. After line checks O was advised to move the device which was not connecting or alternatively purchase a booster. I was happy with the process and outcome.

Transaction went thru smoothly, I was able to choose my fridge freezer in the comfort of my own home.Everything was explained and it arrived on the day as notified and the delivery team were excellent
Certain medication was not available. Takes to long to get medication. My husband waited over 6 days extra to get his delivery even though I submitted them both at the same time. Your reply gives reasons for delays when medication is not available. The delay on my husbands monthly prescription was not due to medication issues. I did ring to see why it was taking so long and the person could not come up with a valid answer

There are lots of reasons why medicines may be in short supply, including problems with making the medicine, delays while batches are checked for quality, problems with the transportation of the medicines, or shortages of key ingredients. Sometimes there are problems with medicine prices going up significantly, or there may be a higher demand for a medicine using up all the supplies in the chain for a while. All UK pharmacies are working hard to minimise the impact of these shortages on our patients.
We work to a timescale of up to 10 working days from the point at which a prescription is requested to the point the dispensed medicines are received by the patient, which allows enough time for all parts of the process to take place - including the GP prescribing, obtaining the stock if necessary (and allowing time for any national medicine shortages or delays from our pharmaceutical suppliers), clinical checks by our pharmacy team and resolution of any queries with the patient and/or the GP, medicine dispensing, and the Royal Mail delivery.

I purchased E wide fitting shoes and they were quite narrow. I thought they would fit as I have bought E shoes from Shuropody before and they have been a great fit. Unfortunately I had thrown away the return information prior to trying them on due to them fitting before. I have put 3 stars as the width is normal rather than wide E fitting.

I paid for installation of my electric cooker, which covered removal of my old gas cooker too. They were very professional, they did safety checks of gas and electricity prior to installation, they set up the clock, levelled the cooker and explained how to use the cooker before leaving. All packaging was removed and they they dispose of the packaging. I was very pleased with delivery men (2 of them) they were polite and friendly.

I placed my order of over £100.00 for delivery. The box was ripped open and received by the courier in that state. It was soaking wet and everything in the order was wet. The frames had a corrugated cardboard was covering was now totally useless after becoming sodden with the contents of a dog deodorant and fabric softener. These 2 liquid items even thought place into a plastic bag, had clearly spilled their contents on everything in the box. The box used was a large box but no attempted had been made to pack the contents securely. I spoke to an online adviser who gave me an email address to forward photographs of the items damaged and list the 3 items that were missing. Upon receiving the said photographs she said she would issue a refund. I waited 3 days for the email, even emailing her again to ask when the refund was due. I received no reply once again, I rang the Wilkos customer service number and spoke to a very apologetic male, who checked through the email and sent and organised the refund whilst I was on the phone, explaining it would be in my account within 3-5 days. I asked for him to place a complaint and he said he would write to the appropriate department. In summary, I paid for a delivery, which had missing items and items that had soaked the whole contents of the box. I had to rinse the softener and dog deodorant off everything in the box taking approx. 30 minutes. I had spent, 45 minutes with the online advisor and another 30 minutes with the telephone advisor. All this inconvenience for the so called convenience of having items home delivered. So 1h 45m spent doing something I should have not needed to do and a sorry was finally given when I rang the customer service advisor. I will never get a home delivery from the again from Wilkos. I got a refund for the some of the damages and missing and eventually an apology. WOW!!! after reading your values, I can definitely say 'It was NOT fun!'. You did not care!, I was not respected!, nobody was being their best! and the only ones who need to pull together is your corporate echelons, so they can experience what it is like at ground level and henceforth make truthful value statements about the company.
Having purchased from Funky Pigeon in the past, I expected the card to arrive on the date it gave 22nd May. Did not get the card until 25th May, 2 days after my husbands birthday. So FP not so good this time
