Having purchased from Funky Pigeon in the past, I expected the card to arrive on the date it gave 22nd May. Did not get the card until 25th May, 2 days after my husbands birthday. So FP not so good this time

Hi, I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately we can only offer estimated delivery dates when an item is despatched with Royal Mail First Class post as this is not a tracked service. This can arrive the next working day, however Royal Mail states this can take 1-3 working days. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Many thanks, Gemma
