Mixed feelings
Understandable with Christmas, December's subscription order did not arrive until I sent a message to them, I then received the parcel. Whilst I had an email on the 31st regarding January's order being shipped I have not had the parcel on the 7th of February, as a result I have cancelled my subscription and I have messaged/emailed regarding the prospect of having a refund. Other then the mishaps regarding postage customer service is okay and normally good at responding

The item you ordered on 12th October was a pre-order for dispatch on 26th November, which was detailed in the product title and in the description. All of these stockings were shipped out on the 26th November as planned. I have heard from some other customers that they have not received them as of yet and I am following up with Royal Mail.
