Very scammy. They subscribe you to a monthly…

They subscribe you to a monthly subscription without any notification but just pressing to the next button while you try to purchase a single course. Then it says you can cancel your subscription from your dashboard. Buy at the dashboard it says you can only cancel by email. I really hate that kind of scammy marketing and sales.

The content might be good but I would never buy anything from that. IF THEY CANCEL my subscription because I received not reply to my email or WhatsApp message.

this makes me think twice any coaches choosing this platform as well. Horrible experience

Absolutely the worst experience we've…

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had. We recently transferred a substantial amount of money using Revolut, and it went missing for two weeks. When they finally located the funds, they returned them in the wrong currency, causing us to lose money. Now, we have to transfer the money again and pay additional fees! Throughout the process, their customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the issue still hasn't been fully resolved. We've decided to close all our accounts with Revolut and are advising our friends and colleagues to do the same

This is my second experience with them

This is my second experience with them. Moved over to EE, requested cancellation, EE requested cancellation I still am receiving a ridicilously expensive bill from them and 12 months of extension, and I have been waiting in the the line to reach someone for the last half an hour. I don't even know if their customer service exist. Our whole building is changing from them to another provider because of their prices and horrible customer service. I was able to reach EE in 2 minutes, and talk to someone. Stay away at all cost

They sent two different coloured parts

They sent two different coloured parts! Then it took them 4 days to deliver the replacement, then the one of the legs turned out to be faulty. Such a nightmare with operations. I cannot even rate the sofa, beause in one week of time, I did not even have a complete one.

Also CS team never answers the phone, sales team is helpful but last time I called they told me to call CS team which never answers. They reluctantly sent a message to CS, what a nightmare.

We have boxes of furnitures and parts of furnitures lying around our flat with 2 little kids present. Most stressful experience. I would not recommend at all.

To reply: They are still not answering my calls, neither my email. One of the legs came broken too. They said they would replace it with a next day delivery but never heard anything. Called twice today and emailed. NO reply at all.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for more than an hour everyday to reach you and the queue never goes down for the wait, no reply to emails either. I am going to file a complaint about you and will leave reviews everywhere, because I cannot even finish client calls, and cannot even cancel your service because I cannot reach you!

Returns are a NIGTMARE! Still no reply fro my return request after more than 2 weeks!

I bought an office chair from them and the colour was not like how it was pictured and the wheels were not smooth, it's been more than 2 weeks I requested a return, after the intial reply that they would send my reply to supplier to arrange a pick up, I sent 4 more email, 2 more phone calls and nothing resolved. The package sits in our home taking up space and it is so hard to reach someone through phone. Horrible after sales, I will never shop from them again and will make sure no one will. It should be illegal to not reply for a retrun request and will find ways to complain about this as well.

They are so spammy

They are so spammy. I thought I would try them out but they call, email you even though you unsubscribe like 100 times and send them an email you will complain if they keep sending you email. What a weird company. Why would you be so spammy, noone benefits from it.

I ordered two ceramic bowls from this shop. They sent the wrong colours and one of them arrived broken. When I asked for a refund with a picture they answered after 3 days asking me ridiculous amounts of details, some of them almost impossible provide. Such a scam business. Delivery was so late as well. Avoid at all cost

Returns are impossible

Delivery was ambiguous, never on the date they informed. The customer service is impossible to reach. I have one item that I cannot return for weeks now because it is not marked as delivered I cannot use online returns and although I tried to contact customer service in many ways they never got back. And the quality is questionable. I am looking into how to file a complain about them.
