Returns are a NIGTMARE! Still no reply fro my return request after more than 2 weeks!

I bought an office chair from them and the colour was not like how it was pictured and the wheels were not smooth, it's been more than 2 weeks I requested a return, after the intial reply that they would send my reply to supplier to arrange a pick up, I sent 4 more email, 2 more phone calls and nothing resolved. The package sits in our home taking up space and it is so hard to reach someone through phone. Horrible after sales, I will never shop from them again and will make sure no one will. It should be illegal to not reply for a retrun request and will find ways to complain about this as well.
