Constant lack of stock

Please don't buy from this website!
Everything is available until ir isn't. Every time I made an order they came back to me saying they don't have stock on a certain product and that is going to increase the delivery usually fore than a week. So, on average, I've been waiting to my order to arrive for more than 2 weeks every time I order something from them.

Disgusted with Petness

Disgusted I placed an expensive order which has still not arrived after three weeks, now I have a letter from UK customs stating I have to pay a huge import duty , I have already paid a substantial postage charge with the order
This is a UK site an no indication was given that the item would cost me almost twice the amount they stated on the order.
This is sales misrepresentation at its worst .

Surprisingly great 5-Star experience

I ordered from Petness before reading the reviews on Trustpilot and my heart sunk. But I am happy to say my order just arrived--very quickly--and everything is fine. Prices were great, shipping was fast, and the quality of the dog jacket was better than I expected.

Very inconvenient shop! Don't buy here!

Very inconvenient shop. They have sent me the wrong product and didn't want either to replace it nor refund it after a bunch of emails. They just left me alone with my problem and assumed the wrong item, which they had sent to me, has the same attribute as the the one I wanted to have. I had to activate PayPal in order to get my money back, which I didn't really. The shop didn't want to provide me a retour sheet, so I had to pay approximately the half of the amount the items costed to sent the wrong items back. So at the end I've the half of the amount I've paid just because the shop doesn't want to be convenient to its costumer. I suggest to avoid the shop, so you can avoid lots of time, edited and money loss!

Waiting over a month for my product

Waiting over a month for my product . I emailed several times, no one can tell me where my package is. They just stopped emailing me back . I requested a full refund and they did not respond. I will never buy of them again.

They had to make a refund i sent 3 3…

They had to make a refund to me. I sent 3 emails to say that my bank account and a credit card are cancelled and sent a New bank account. All that was ignored. I dont even knwo why they have a customer service.
They still go ahead and pay to the inexistant account.
And now they insist still that the money actually was Sent successfully.
I went to the bank and got an official statement that i have no account there (and a Credit card associated) sinse 18 of May.
Petness insists they Sent the money to this cancelled account on 9 of june.
Even an idiot can understand that this is impossíble. Any other company would question their bank and redolve this for their client.
But Petness only limits to send me daily emails repeating the same thing, over and over again.
Please do not engage in any comercial activity with this awful company

How I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering !
The online prices are great and that's what gets people in. However after that it seems problems kick off . This is the second time I've shopped with them , the first was ok'ish. This time it was absolutely terrible and I would avoid them in future. They took over €40 from me to ship a 0.9 kg parcel a relatively short distance across Europe. They stated very clearly prior to ordering it was via courier , that made it slightly better value as the post office ( good as they are) do not deliver directly to where we live but couriers do. Most courier companies for that price can manage and deliver a parcel of that size at that price within 3 to 4 days. Not Petness and their courier though. 24 days and lazily or to save money it was handed to the post office, not as most do a partner courier for the last leg. A rip off.
What makes it so much worse is that on their site where they say you can track the shipment all the way , it's downright misleading you can't . For starters they didn't supply a consignment number ( not their order number) to put in and follow . Once I made multiple requests and complained that finally arrived in my mail box, after more than 2 weeks. When the parcel got lost/significantly delayed their helpful advice was we "suggest you check your local office" . Wonderful, as I didn't know at that stage if they were using post office or courier because they wouldn't tell me that narrows it down to over 30 locations within a 20 km radius ( normal travelling for us). And so it went on. I would suggest they be a avoided at all costs . It's no good buying at good value if you can't get your hands on the goods! I'm lucky , and it is luck, I have recovered the parcel with help from our excellent local post lady. But really, it's not up to her and I to ensure Petness meets their obligations as consignor , it's theirs and they didn't manage it on this occasion.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

The company refuses to give me a refund or order replacement when my order did not come even though they can see in the shipment tracker that my order was not delivered. I have been waiting since October 2022 for a refund/replacement and til this day I am trying to email them regarding my issues and they will no longer reply to my emails.

Sham!

Placed an order that we were assured we would get quickly. 8 weeks later it is stuck in customs and the company said it’s our problem and they won’t give refunds.

Worked with this shop multiple times. One of the worse services. They never have online products aligned with stock. Then, after one week you'll receive the communication informing you about the issue with stock, and no ETA or options. You have to wait for the stock renewal, cancel an order, or find out by yourself replacement (of course if you are lucky and it's in stock.) I really DO NOT recommend this shop. Zero professionalism, not customers aimed, poor communication.

They take money for nothing

Never ever order something from this page if you don't want to loose your money.
They are very sofisticated: You order something, pay for it, after two-three weeks they cancel your order without any reason and write you that they will send your money back. The problem is, you will never get all your money back.

Scammy. Avoid!

Me and my girlfriend ordered some stuff to our pets and after a while waiting they told us they had no idea where the order was. After sending us the order again and telling us the order no. it's taking forever again and once again they say they can't see the order. Avoid at all costs. It's scammy as hell.

Ridiculous

I ordered and paid for a product. Two weeks later it hadn't been dispatched so I emailed and was told it wasn't in stock. This is ridiculous because it should say out of stock so people don't pay and wait for it.

Then, I requested a refund which never arrived. Two weeks later I had to email.. again! Finally I got a refund.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone following this chaos.

Thank you guys! I was ready to place an order of 155 EUR. Minutes before I thought of checking the reviews - and, surprise! Petness is the equivalent of "buying the cat in a sack".
5* for you guys.
0* for the charlatans.

Beware, delivery is very slow and UK VAT + extra charges will be added on delivery.

I ordered Lypex from this company for my EPI dog. The order took a very time to arrive, weeks longer than the stated time. This was mainly due to it being held up in Heathrow customs, but there was no indication when ordering that this might be case, or that it was being shipped from outside the UK. When it was delivered I was asked to pay UK VAT and a handling charge – another £61.59 in total. There was no indication when ordering that UK VAT and extra delivery fees would be added. Their customer service quoted a line from their "General Conditions of Contract" (point 11.9) which they told me says "the cost of customs fees will be in charge of the client, since there are taxes from the country of receipt and these costs are not linked to our sales service". However, I can't check this because their website doesn't give access to this document. The only terms and conditions available on the website say "Article 3: Price The prices of products sold through websites are in euros, inclusive of taxes”, which is rather different. When I pointed this out they simply closed the support ticket. I strongly recommend not ordering from this company.

Ordered cat food and after very long…

Ordered cat food and after very long delivery time but saying My items had been delivered.Now after numerous emails don’t know where parcel is.They asked me to sign a declaration saying I haven’t received and now also saying I have to claim from post office and send them proof even though I didn’t think the post office are the shipping company .5 weeks and still no further forward.I would avoid this company .

I ordered two ceramic bowls from this shop. They sent the wrong colours and one of them arrived broken. When I asked for a refund with a picture they answered after 3 days asking me ridiculous amounts of details, some of them almost impossible provide. Such a scam business. Delivery was so late as well. Avoid at all cost
