This is my second experience with them

This is my second experience with them. Moved over to EE, requested cancellation, EE requested cancellation I still am receiving a ridicilously expensive bill from them and 12 months of extension, and I have been waiting in the the line to reach someone for the last half an hour. I don't even know if their customer service exist. Our whole building is changing from them to another provider because of their prices and horrible customer service. I was able to reach EE in 2 minutes, and talk to someone. Stay away at all cost
