Just done a simple booking for me and my daughter 2 rooms from the UK. I was given a booking confirmation number and thought it was all done. Got a email after 3 weeks of booking saying my daughter’s reservation is not confirmed because the hotel is not sure if she is a UK resident. I sent back stayforlong her passport copy and still awaiting confirmation after 2 weeks. I Sent 7 emails and made 4 phone calls and still not resolved. The customer service are saying there waiting for there third party to get back to them. I called the hotel directly and they confirmed there has been no booking made for the 2 names I had given for me and my daughter. This is becoming so stressful. It’s meant to be a simple booking. Iam surprise to see some positive reviews. I would avoid this company it’s not worth the stress for a small saving.
Please stayforlong can you send me my hotel reservation number so I can call the hotel and confirm my booking again because at this moment the hotel is saying there is no booking on my name?
Stayforlong today 20/07/2025 again I rang the hotel spoke to the reservation Manager Mostafa Yehia and he confirmed there is still no booking on my 2 Rooms I have booked. As requested I have provided you with all my booking details through trustpilot I just received a email from you stayforlong saying it will take more time for you to give me my hotel booking number. I can clearly see there is no booking. Please if you can not provide me my hotel booking number I would like my refund back so I can book with another provider. I clearly do not want to take this further to my bank credit department to handle.
