Just done a simple booking for me and…

Just done a simple booking for me and my daughter 2 rooms from the UK. I was given a booking confirmation number and thought it was all done. Got a email after 3 weeks of booking saying my daughter’s reservation is not confirmed because the hotel is not sure if she is a UK resident. I sent back stayforlong her passport copy and still awaiting confirmation after 2 weeks. I Sent 7 emails and made 4 phone calls and still not resolved. The customer service are saying there waiting for there third party to get back to them. I called the hotel directly and they confirmed there has been no booking made for the 2 names I had given for me and my daughter. This is becoming so stressful. It’s meant to be a simple booking. Iam surprise to see some positive reviews. I would avoid this company it’s not worth the stress for a small saving.
Please stayforlong can you send me my hotel reservation number so I can call the hotel and confirm my booking again because at this moment the hotel is saying there is no booking on my name?
Stayforlong today 20/07/2025 again I rang the hotel spoke to the reservation Manager Mostafa Yehia and he confirmed there is still no booking on my 2 Rooms I have booked. As requested I have provided you with all my booking details through trustpilot I just received a email from you stayforlong saying it will take more time for you to give me my hotel booking number. I can clearly see there is no booking. Please if you can not provide me my hotel booking number I would like my refund back so I can book with another provider. I clearly do not want to take this further to my bank credit department to handle.

My card has expired and Iam trying to…

My card has expired and Iam trying to put in my new card details and have tried many times but not getting through. I tried calling the number given on the app and spoke to a man called Riaz he said try speaking to your bank. So I rang the bank and they said “it’s not been declined by the bank. Speak to Tesco there is an issue on there side”. So called again and the same Man Riaz picked up the phone and he started to get aggressive and making me feel intimidated and saying bank can be wrong it’s not from are end.I then eventually put the phone down when he started to rase his voice. Please Tesco send me a contact number so I can sort this issue out. I need to top up.

Really happy with my experience…

Really happy with my experience ordering from this place. The team was very helpful and responsive, and the plants were beautiful and surprisingly affordable. Delivery was next day, which was a fantastic bonus! The delivery fee was a bit pricey, but with such low plant prices and excellent service, it was still great value. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to the garden centre, thanks to the fantastic service provided by Neil and Katherine. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
It’s rare to come across such attentive and dedicated staff. Neil and Katherine made my visit a real pleasure. I left not only with beautiful plants but also with confidence in how to care for them. Highly recommend this garden centre.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. It’s like Yodel is taking on any sort of inexperience people.
The delivery lady rang the doorbell and I opened the door within the 60 seconds by then she put the parcel behind the bin.I asked her politely if she can pass my package as I would have had to put on my shoes in. She then raised her voice and shouted to “take it myself” It was really embarrassing delivering and shouting on the streets.

I had some Metel ralings delivered but…

I had some Metel ralings delivered but was very disappointed with the delivery men as they refused to help me put them inside the house.There were 2 men delivering and refused. They had just left them outside in the front. It was impossible for me to carry them by myself inside the house.

Bought a power bank from easy jet and used it 3 time now and has stopped working. Really upset. Didn’t take a recipe on flight.

It says clearly Bitmore on my power bank.
Also apologies just checked flight it was brought from Ryanair on flight.

Went to this subway and waited 20 minutes for my order. When I asked if my order was ready the lady her name was Jemma hopefully that’s her true name replied “I did not make your order because I forgot what your order was” No apology nothing just showed me really bad attitude. Her colleague an older woman then approached me she said her name was Rebecca she started to defend her colleague saying I didn’t place the order. The sad thing was she wasn’t even there when my order was taken.. I was so upset as they both started to mouth me of. Am totally in shock, never have I experienced bad mannered staff. Really confused how subway can recruit this type of people. No customer etiquette. These are the type of people giving a bad name to subway. Please management team check your cameras incident happened 15/09/24 around 1pm.

This company used Yodel for delivery

This company used Yodel for delivery. My parcel was left outside near my car. I checked on my camera the delivery man rang the doorbell and vanished without waiting for anyone to open the door. I wasn’t there to take my parcel. Someone could have stolen it. Packaging was all damaged. I would have like to send pictures but there is no where to send. Can not give this package as a gift.
