Ordered brick slips from this company. 2 stars for the kind service but unfortunately 80% of the bricks slips are nothing like the image on the website or the sample sent. I Paid £100 delivery charges as well, very disappointed.

Had a online kitchen plan appointment with Karolina Duda and was a very bad experience as she got my order wrong two times then customer service advised me to go in and sort it out in person so decided to go to IKEA Thurrock but had a similar experience with a lady called Natalia Kokun very aggressive and pushy lady. Finally and thankfully my appointment got taken over by Jane the manager and I put my order through and was sorted. Overall not happy with the poor service and knowledge of some of the IKEA designers as it’s very hard to communicate with some of them. Natalia Kokun even said me “one of the original designer Jose Martinez Gonzalez that design my kitchen from scratch is not necessarily right with his plan” as I found that very unprofessional to say something like that about her colleague. But Jose was best and super good at planning my kitchen. Unfortunately Jose was no longer available and not working for ikea so had to go through all these unprofessional women.

Very poor delivery. It’s been 6 working days and still no delivery for my vitamin tablets. When I placed my order it said 2/3 working days. Would not order from here again.

How to Return is not clear at all. Every other store so easy. When you follow the instructions to return it gets you nowhere. Don’t know why they made it so unclear and hard for customers.

Very good gym with good classes and instructors but toilets are mixed and not clean most of the times.

Very upset with this Ninja Food Processor CT670UKV 30. No coffee blender or cannot even purchase a separate coffee blender attachment to this model number.

Very poor Next online description for shopping. Was trying to order a extra deep fitted sheet but just didn’t say the actual measurements even when trying to put in the basket. I rang next customer service and even the lady couldn’t find measurements. She told me to buy and if it doesn’t fit then keep recite and give back. Before clicking pay in the basket I Wanted to check if right colour ect… but again unfortunately no description to double check.
Next please see to whom is writing your online descriptions make sure everything is more clear.
