Brought 7 items and wanted to return…

Brought 7 items and wanted to return two back as it says it’s a return money back policy but when I tried to returns it said I can not return both two items because it’s end of sale item but how am I to know this when I was buying these items. Now I have two items that I don’t need. Waste of money. I found shein is scamming customers. I wouldn’t buy from here again.
Just editing my review after a week and a half.
After writing this above review on
trustpilot Shein asked me to email them to sort my issue and so I did and was given back my full refund with no complications nothing. I have also changed my star rating to 3 from 1.
I think I would buy from shein again but only if iam sure I won’t be returning anything back.
Thank you shein for my full refund.

I’ve just made my booking

I’ve just made my booking at the moment and not traveled yet. So far so good quick simple and there’s a human on the phone for bookings and any problems what’s so ever and that’s the reason I booked with travel Republic as they where the most reasonable in price and also can pick up phone and actually speak to them regarding your matter and no online chats and emails rubbish. I Will be writing my final review of my experience with the company once I have returned from my holiday.

Just spoke to Zara customer service for…

Just spoke to Zara customer service for some help to return some items was really difficult to find online the process to I thought I would ring and ask for some help. The lady from the customer service was really slow. She made me repeat the bar codes 4 times for 9 items 4 times was really frustrating. 40 minutes on the phone to process a return request form and I won’t receive that until another 24 to 48 hours. So poor service. I think it was an Indian lady and not sure if the call centre was in India as the lady not clued on at all. Didn’t think Zara would have so poor customer service.

Sadly wouldn’t buy online from New…

Sadly wouldn’t buy online from New look as twice I’ve ordered online and same thing. I place my order for two items and paid £2.99 delivery charge and when I receive my items only one item came and wrote in the invoice other item out of stock. So why let me place my order from the start and make me pay now £2.99 delivery for a £6.00 of only one item. Really ripped people of with this way of system. It’s really unfair I had to now pay £2.99 delivery for a £6.00 item because they decided on delivery that the other item is no longer in stock. If I knew at the time of purchase I wouldn’t have place no order at all. Very disappointed with new look.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible. No customer phone help line for Uber eats. Wanted to edit my delivery address on my Uber eats app but there was no way of doing it. You can only update telephone number, email address and name. No where to edit my address. No number to call. There was one number I tried he said we don’t work with Uber Apps just go online and you may find some kind of help but there was nothing. Ridiculous poor service.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Never picks up the phone. Wanted to chase my order after waiting a week. But no one picks the phone up. Now got an email saying they want to refund me the money after waiting a week as I didn’t come to pick up my order. But No conformation for me to pick up my order so how can I collect.
Then ring customer service up again finally get through. I ask his name he said Francis, and said we had a courier problem and that was it.
Not good enough after waiting a week.
