A glitch happened when my contract was up for renewal. When the change of payment came through it was different from the amount I thought I would be paying. I emailed my concerns, and Ellis G from Customer Service responded very quickly - it was a weekend, and I had not expected a response for a couple of days -however the response came within a couple of hours I believe. Speedy in itself, and from that point my query was answered and rectified within about a day, email communication confirming every step.

My husband ordered two pairs of single vision lens glasses from yourselves at the beginning of May. He was very dubious about buying specs over the internet, having dealt with high street opticians all his life. He has been in retail marketing for many years, and feels that the marketing, service, information and correspondence from Glasses Direct has been faultless. He is extremely pleased with both pairs of glasses received.
