A glitch happened when my contract was up for renewal. When the change of payment came through it was different from the amount I thought I would be paying. I emailed my concerns, and Ellis G from Customer Service responded very quickly - it was a weekend, and I had not expected a response for a couple of days -however the response came within a couple of hours I believe. Speedy in itself, and from that point my query was answered and rectified within about a day, email communication confirming every step.
