Great sling!! We actually got ours second hand and the quality is brilliant and like new!

We couldn’t live without our free rider sling now, it has been a life saver for both me and my 1 month old. I feel it replicates the feeling of being in the womb being that close to me which he absolutely loves. Would highly recommend anyone buying a sling for their little one.

Diabolical.

Bought a carrier 7 months ago and it has broken, the fabric has come away at the seams. Reached out to the company to say the fabric has come away but they aren’t able to help as it’s out of warranty and warranty is only valid for 6 months, clearly this is a manufacturing issue as I can see other people have flagged the quality of the fabric isn’t great (I purchased the carrier a month before my daughter was born I’ve only had 5 months of use as she was to small at first, only use it once a week as well!) Company won’t offer a replacement product or a refund. Disappointing considering it is nearly £200, clearly isn’t built to last and disappointing response from the company.

Customer service were hugely unhelpful and have stopped responding to emails.

This is my third baby a the freerider sling is one of the best baby items I’ve received since giving birth. I use it every day and it’s super comfortable, lightweight and easy to use. My baby is so at ease and my postpartum experience has been the best so far because of a shift towards baby wearing. So happy with this product!

I purchased a sling from freeeider as I have seen their advertising on social media and thought that their range looked modern & comfy. When the sling arrived, it didn’t disappoint. The fabric is super soft, comfy and stretchy which is just perfect for our ever changing bodies as new mums! Most importantly though my baby sits comfortably and perfectly in the sling. The sling itself is super easy to put together and the booklet which comes with the sling kindly explains with step by step pictures and instructions on how to use the sling too - which was a godsend for me as I didn’t have a clue being a fabric sling newbie!

The product is brilliant. I am using my wrap for my third baby and theres no signs of wear or going slack at all. Very easy to use and pretty designs.

The best baby wrap sling. It doesn’t lose shape, and it’s so helpful in keeping you close to your baby. Highly recommend this brand, I’ve used two now and both perfect!

I purchased this wrap for my first baby and used it plenty at home to get things done around the house. My second has started teething super early and nothing will settle her apart from this. I think the feeling is unlike other slings/wraps which I have this one makes the baby feel super close and safe and mine both loved it. Meant I could get on with some jobs and keep my little one happy!

I didn’t have a sling with my first baby but wishing I knew about Freerider then. The sling is super easy to tie and easy to put baby in on your own. My little boy instantly settles in the sling. Being hands free while still getting to enjoy those early days cuddles is great. It’s comfortable to wear and there are so many beautiful fabrics to choose from. I can’t recommend enough.

The carrier sling is life changing for my 4 week old who wants to be held all the time. Without this I couldn’t get any work done. Very comfortable and super easy to use!

Terrible company to deal with.
Purchased a carrier and the buckle broke with no real use and I don't have a heavy baby. I just wanted a new buckle, but they were no help at all. The carrier is now unsafe and not fit for purpose. Waste of money, they others brands before this one.

I have bought the sling and the carrier and have been using them so much for both my babies. The quality is amazing through the use and washing has remained strong and durable. If you going to have a baby these are must have in my opinion can’t live without it, can do errands with hands free and the baby’s love being in the sling or carrier they fall asleep. The carrier is easy to wear and adjust as necessary because of the clips, but clips can be hidden on the sides which makes it feel less bulky and light weight. I highly recommend their products!!

Bought a free rider sling in April, baby was born in July. I literally used it a handful of times and there’s already a hole in it. I complained to the company and they refused to replace it. Really disappointed as there is clearly a fault.
It’s an expensive product, I would expect it to last more than a few months.

Ordered a wrap but the colour was not as expected, however quality was really good but ended up returning as I already have another I just needed a different colour. The return process was really easy, I did have to chase them up as the refunded was not issued after about a month since I returned the item but they responded promptly and issued the refund.

Possibly one of the best baby purchases so far! Makes it easy to get household jobs done with a newborn and super comfy, stylish and practical! I’d recommend this to ANYONE who asked!

I never used a sling for my first, but I bought one for my second baby, and it is a game changer. She sleeps so soundly as I potter about the house, cook, fold laundry etc. The fabric is very soft and excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

Once you get the hang of the slings, they’re amazing. I feel really close to my son, it’s a lovely bonding experience and as soon as he goes in it, he’s fast asleep! Hands free bliss 🥰

I have used this baby wrap with two out of three children and it’s a game changer. I couldn’t live without it. So easy to wash and so light to wear. I literally tie it in the morning and take it off at night, so it’s always ready when needed. It is my most used baby product.

A really beautiful sling! So soft, gorgeous colour and very durable. I’m now using it for Baby 2 and makes life with a toddler much easier!

We own 3 freerider products, two slings and a carrier and love each and every one of them! They give me the freedom to do things around the house with a fussy baby…I’ve also never seen slings in such lovely colours and patterns!

I’ve tried a few slings out over two babies and finally settled with these ones, I highly recommend!!
