I bought a ticket of 25 euro

I bought a ticket of 25 euro Prague-Marseille. They included me automatically in one of their subscriptions annually and robbed another 90 euro from my card. I called them and asked me for refund, but they didn't help me at all. They were trying me to impose some of their offers which I was not interested at all. Not recommended platform.

It is a so-so website to buy and trade…

It is a so-so website to buy and trade immediately from the website. But in order to transfer your bitcoin to a physical wallet or to any other wallet, it gets complicated. First you have to write them. Then they create the ticket. That ticket takes minimum one week to answer and sometimes they may not answer at all. So they are really SLOOOOOOW in answering your request and help, it goes by email and this tickets that they create and respond very, very slowly. They were regeneration of Litebit.eu platform which was working much better. At Litebit.eu you had always someone on the call to answer immediately your request, but here there is no such service, you only have to wait and that is pretty darn annoying.

All those positive reviews are irrelevant and they never passed an exam or are currently working for Crossover. I researched them thoroughly all the profiles of those who posted that they work for this company, in all their online profiles they do not have the Crossover company listed in their working experiences at all, and believe me I searched quite a lot of these people who pretend to be working for Crossover. I also tried several exams to pass, but the system is like a Chat GPT, some kind of artificial intelligence collecting data for someone somewhere in the world. It is an AI driven exams what you are doing, and all other assessments, they are not evaluated or written by humans. So, it's just another brick in the wall of scams. That's all. Rubbish!

They ripped me off twice 49 USD, so 98 USD in total for nothing. They basically charged the double for one time membership that I requested. I asked them for refund but it is only an automatic AI chatbot that is not much helpful. Be careful, to not pay anything to this website.

So-so, website!

It is a good website for buying and trading cryptoes. But if you are not experienced with trading on advanced level, it is hard to get online support. There is no phone number, online chatbox doesn't work, nobody responds, and e'mail responds take more than a week for them to answer. This is the only problem, the communication facilities are not well settled for quick responces to your problems or questions.

Somebody supposedly bought an item from…

Somebody supposedly bought an item from me and the website was asking me all kind of spam questions. They were trying to hack my credit card. They were asking for codes, and passwords of my bank account all kinds of details in order to steal the banking data. It is a spam website, do not trust them with any item sale or transactions. Absolutely a fraud and they should be reported to police to close the website.

Spam Company

It is devastating. It is since 19th of May the order was canceled and still no refund. I'd really appreciate refund back for canceled shipping PM9534519. Would you mind please placing the refund back on that same card you withdrew the money from. I don't know how this company operates. Very inefficient and apparently it all seems a spam, no live chat no phone number to talk to anyone.

No live chat, no refund after canceled order.

No live chat to ease the efficiency of communication, let alone phone number. Avoid them please. Requested to cancel the shipment via message e-mail. The shipment was canceled, parcel never picked up, the refund of 42 Euros never returned either. No matter how many times you write to these people, to no avail. It is more than 10 days that the order was canceled. Only after you write a bad review here, they will do something. Please refund as soon as possible. I'll never use your services.

On few occasions I had stumbled of not…

On few occasions I had stumbled of not being able to understand exactly how to buy the cryptocurrencies and how to convert them into fiat currencies. Their phone number, unlike of many companies where they put you through operators and then you have to wait for so long, this number, client service number is like dialing and talking to a friend already. They reply immediately, and have hands on all your data, access ect... they're reachable and can respond very quickly because they're all the time in the computer watching carefully everyone doing exchanges and securing this way the safity of your account. You can see when you call them that they are responsible and active all the time, typical Dutch way. AFter so many companies that I had tried to open an account, it was in vain, to no avail. I finally managed with his one and the whole process was so smooth and easy, but my luck helped me also to have fortune to have a Dutch bank account which made everything much easier and finally after so many months enabled me to buy my first chunk of bitcoin. After I bought it I still felt as if it were a scam, until the moment to cash my bits of bitcoin came and I stumbled on that, but one phone call and quick reply of a guy working for the company, resolved everything very quickly and efficient that they're so familiar now with my account and I am very familiar with their voices. I think they're a small team, but very active and responsible and have a sense of the money of others and don't just play around with it. They do feel they need to guard your assets as if it were theirs. At least, somebody out there have some decent morals, and not just thinking to cheat on assets of others, and this is the staff of Litebit. For now, I am very happy, hope won't need to change this reference later on.

Then you need to recall them and ask them to deactivate, and depends on the moody blues of the operator, they can refund you the money, if operator is nasty, they won't refund anything and you'll need to charge agian.
Unfortunately in Italy there isn't a good solid operator so far. They're all rip off. IF you should come to Italy, try setting up soon a home network if you were to live, otherwise buy just a simple prepaid card to survive from your homecountry, which gives you roaming free within EU, or at least few gigabyte to survive within EU. Or at best cases, just use it from wi-fi free public points, hostels, hotels, bars ect... believe me it will cost you much less to spend for coffees then to pay their fees.

I have been a host for few years on…

I have been a host for few years on airbnb and the CS is terrible. Sometimes, guests come with very high expectations and want 5 stars hotels in your homes, but that's not always possible. My taste of apartment is rustic and for down to earth people. But Airbnb mostly promotes and gives favor to 5 stars accommdations and if your rating goes eventually below 4 stars, they disactivate your listing and I think that's quite rude and greedy. Because not every home can be a 5 star hotel. Plus they have a way to always get you pay for some tiny mistakes of which guests complain for just silly things really. Guests come arrogant and they don't clean or wash after their shower or doing their basic toilet needs and then they critisize you for place being not clean, but it is them who need to care more for cleaning after themselves especially the sensitive parts of the apartment, like toilet, kitchens, showers.
