Can't access account since more than a year. There is no way to contact the customer support. Contact forms are ignored, Mails not responded.
I'm happy to provide a better review, if you can sort this out, because everything else is working (if you can access your account).
Please provide a working contact touchpoint to resolve this.
ETH DEPOSIT NOT RECEIVED
Can someone here explain to me what's going on? I registered 5 months ago and linked a couple of bank accounts in test mode, made small deposits of LTC, TRON, withdrew euros and, at first glance, everything seems to be in order, it works .. no comments. it means that I am making such a satisfied deposit of ETH(ERC20) -140 euros to my LiteBit ETH wallet and after 2 hours I find out that the funds have not arrived at the wallet. I write to the support service of the exchange with which I made the deposit and get a response that the withdrawal is approved and confirmed on their part. I receive TXiD and wallet number where my deposit was credited. I check the data, I check the Litebit wallet again ..... the transaction is confirmed in the blockchain and the money is on the address, but there is a small inconsistency...
on LiteBit, my transaction does not smell. without negative thoughts, I made a couple of screenshots of the transfer, wallet and Hush as a proof that the funds have already reached but are not displayed on the exchange. I wrote to LiteBit support and... waited. as a test, I transferred another currency for 10 euros and they were successfully added to the wallet. Hm,OK. 30 hours have passed - empty .. I write to support - silence 2 days pass, the third ... the fourth, I wrote more and more, but what's the point? silence in response. and BINGO, on the fifth day they answer, in short, that they have nothing to do with deposits and that in this matter I should contact the sender and give me the ETH wallet number on LiteBit to verify the data ..... Afraid I checked again - it matches .. and my photos and proofs seem to have not been heard and
didn't see.. I ask the sender again. in response I get TXId and wallet number with confirmations .. hands apart .. I call LiteBit - the number does not exist. I write, no answer. It's the first time I've encountered such an attitude (with none) towards customers. maybe some clarification here? Hope..

Forced to sell
Litebit planned to get rid of some coins including Reddcoin. They messaged me that they will stop supporting this coin and that I should move or sell it. The coin is under maintenance for a few months already so I can't move it to another wallet. In short, they are forcing me to sell my crypto... No other options. Customer service is very bad

I never knew that I had applied for crypto currency, until the other day, when I started to receive call`s, from the UK, about my dormant account, and I wonder what was all this about until one of the consultant`s started t chat, and say I need to re-open my dormant account and claim the funds available.
Am still waiting for the funds to appear on my account, so LitBit, has to sort this issue as soon as possible.

Litebit did not protect my personal information.
Today I have received an email from a scammer saying that he is from Litebit and stating that my account is terminated. I have terminated my account a few years ago which means somehow my personal information at litebit got somehow leaked. You guys were a mess then, high fees, put wallets on maintenance when a crypto currency has a sudden high buy or sell volume, no response from tickets and now this. It's disappointing.

I had to sign up in many exchanges...20-30...and Litebit was the one I preferred the most.
With no issues to block me...allways straight...and fast...no worries at all.
It was only the sign up process,but you can imagine how would be working with these exchange.
I was so excited that I wanted to rate before on cryptorafar...but I couldn't...even after sign up.
If I'll have to work with only one...Ill choose Litebit.

Rates too high
Keeping crypto hostage in 'busy' so you can't do anything with it, losing money in the progress.
Why does it take 3 hours before my xrp can be used while it clearly states that the transaction has gone through hours ago.
Still waiting.
Don't use unless you really have to.

I'm having a problem with this web
I am having a problem with this website because it says I am using an ad blocker but don't even use one. I even checked my whole browser settings and no ad blocker is turned on. Not enough reason to kick me out like my money is not there, thieves!!! Motion reimburse tech came through just as they promise they would. Stay away from these trickles before they ruin your life and also contact motion reimburse tech if you have any probs. Thanks
