Rubbish!!! Rubbish!!! Rubbish!!!

Horrible. First of all the don’t speak a word of English whether it’s in in post office or customer service! I got a facture every month with 2€ I had to pay. I tried to pay directly all the time and it looked like et went through. I received a text that I had to pay and then I tried with my other card, my moms and my friends card. Non went through apparently. So I went to the post office and spend 2 hours there!!!! To simply find out that it was because I didn’t have a French banc account, so I make another friend pay for me at that point. This morning a direct transfer has been made of 21€ from the card that they kept saying didn’t work but all of a sudden with a payment of 21€ It works perfectly fine. I have no idea why they all of a sudden took 21€ and I spend 1 hour trying to figure out what happened and had to get a French person to help me talk to them. This is the worst telecommunications company I have ever come across!
Stay far away from it

I changed my provider to post mobile recently. It took me awhile to get through to customer care but when I finally did it was well worth the wait . I dealt with a girl called Margarette who was so helpful , professional and pleasent . She set me up and I was up and running within twenty minutes. Highly recommend to change over especially if you get a girl like her to handle the switch .

The most embarrassing company offering the worst services ever,even to their so-called banking service.I do not recommend both their Sim Card or Banking services to anyone. They are incompetent and highly unprofessional.

Creami 100 : download 1,1 e upload 0,8. Non esiste . Vodafone download 25 e upload 8/9. Ho toccato speso anche 30/40 di download. Lunedì cambierò immediatamente operatore.

AVOID BUYING ANY SIM PLANS IN ITALY, JUST PAY PREPAID CARD INTERNATIONALS OR SO.
Avoid buying any plans or sim card from this operator.
Once you charge they debit always more money for things you don't activate, then accuse you that you are activating this and that game, this and that bla-bla-bla... full of lies! Then you need to recall them and ask them to deactivate, and depends on the moody blues of the operator, they can refund you the money, if operator is nasty, they won't refund anything and you'll need to charge agian.
Unfortunately in Italy there isn't a good solid operator so far. They're all rip off. IF you should come to Italy, try setting up soon a home network if you were to live, otherwise buy just a simple prepaid card to survive from your homecountry, which gives you roaming free within EU, or at least few gigabyte to survive within EU. Or at best cases, just use it from wi-fi free public points, hostels, hotels, bars ect... believe me it will cost you much less to spend for coffees then to pay their fees.

If I could put 0 star I would. Worst mobile network I've ever seen. I pay 10 € a month for 80go and illimited calls (CreamyRelax 100), but even to write this I had to use a friend's wifi.
