Appalling service

Appalling service. If it was up to them I'd still be stranded in a Los Angeles car park in the dark in an unsafe location.

The helpline staff repeatedly gave me totally incorrect information (at international rates of course) which put me at further risk. Further calls also gave me incorrect information. I had to wait until my husband back in the UK was able to contact you to get accurate information.

Box not received

Happy to take my money but I'm still waiting for a box from them. The tracking number they gave me returns no information.

They do not respond to the contact form on their website.

Looks like I can wave goodbye to my "styling fee" with nothing to show for it

*Update* Tracking shows just that Evri have had it at their hub since 21st Aug. No information since. It's a shame that it takes a bad public review to elicit a response from Lookiero. My rating stands. I do not recommend this company.

Poor quality

Very disappointed with the bracelet I received.

Usually I have to remove links from bracelets to be able to wear them. In this case it only just fastens. Anyone with normal sized wrists is not going to be able to wear it.

It also looks and feels very cheap and I have no confidence in it lasting long. I doubt I'll get a refund but I won't be buying any more.

Have been using Stripe now for a number…

Have been using Stripe now for a number of years to enable me to take credit cards as a small service and product provider.

On the rare occasion I have to contact them with a question customer services are easy to contact and effective in resolving the issue

Problems with quality control

Ordered a garden table and chairs with next day delivery. They arrived OK but the table was damaged and could not be assembled. The saga begins

3 calls to customer services and a week later, after a no show from the courier company (which meant I wasted a day staying in for them), I finally have another table delivered. Same issue. If I was a cynic I'd have said it was the same table. If not then there is a faulty batch being sold.

Another call and I'm eventually offered a small refund to keep the table or another replacement.

Communication has been appalling. No one has bothered to email me to let me know what is happening and I've had to chase through every stage of this.

Good value for basics

I have to choose with care as many of the prints are not to my taste and all the trousers are far too short. However for basics like plain tee shirts etc they are excellent value for money

An identity thief's dream

Tried to register my own holiday cottage on this platform but failed after spending hours adding my details.

Owners beware - Vrbo want you to confirm your ID by sending copies of your driving licence/passport by unencrypted email. There is apparently no other way of providing these details. All the data protection advice says you should never ever do this as the data can be stolen very easily.

Covers are expensive for what they are but acceptable. Not so keen on the post purchase marketing deluge though. I do not want email or printed catalogues. I have stopped the emails but how do I stop the printed catalogues - so wasteful.

Not for me

The shaping "body" I ordered managed the feat of being both too small and too big. Very short in the body so hard to do up at full stretch and I wasn't sure the poppers would take any strain! The rest of it was too loose to be of any benefit. I didn't try the smaller size as it would have been too short and I had already ordered my "correct" size.

It seemed a long wait between order and delivery but the refund was prompt and no quibble so I would have no qualms about ordering again. I suspect though I am not the body shape that they specialise in.

2 Happy Dogs

Both of mine have been on this since puppies.

The younger one had an unplanned abrupt transition as she kept raiding the older one's food in preference to the kibble she'd be weaned on to by her breeder. There were no ill effects although I appreciate it was not ideal!

Both of them lick the bowls clean after every meal.

Gone downhill

Ordered via Amazon and received the wrong book entirely. They wanted me to arrange to post it back with my paypal details so they'd refund me a max of £3.20 postage.

No offer of a pre paid label. Raised a return via Amazon and I have a prepaid label for Hermes which they didn't even mention was available as an option.

I've ordered from them in the past but I'm afraid they've lost me now as a customer. Not for sending me the wrong book which is irritating, but these things happen but being happy to put me to further expense and inconvenience to right their mistake.

Incredibly low quality for the price

Incredibly low quality for the price. If I spend nearly £70 on a skirt I don't expect it to arrive creased and looking like an old rag. It looked like something you'd pay £5 for on a cheap market stall.

Returns process was fine though and I've just had my refund through relatively promptly

Dreadful - just dreadful

Waited in all day for this delivery as it requires a signature

At 7.30 this evening the app tells me that it isn't going to arrive today after all. I cancelled the day's plans for this and I have no idea when my parcel will arrive. I can't wait in indefinitely on the off chance they may turn up.

Dreadful service. Deserves 0 stars

Update 22/9 Not coming today now either despite the reply from DHL below. That's 2 days of missed deliveries.

Dreadful? No. Appalling? Yes

Useless if you have no WIFI signal

I was offered one free of charge by our insurance company.

However if I'd been told that you need a WIFI connection for it to function I would have refused it as we have no signal in the part of the house where it would need to be installed. As it was it has had to be returned as it's completely useless.

It might be worth making it clear that a strong WIFI signal is needed. I've just looked at the installation criteria again online and this is not mentioned.

Estimated delivery is 21st June? Reading the other reviews makes me think even this is optimistic.
