This Company is uncaring and absolutely disgusting. So I have been with Admiral since 2020 and the last year I have took very ill as a result I am now disabled and no longer able to work. So I had some direct debits that were rejected bit were paid on the reclaim due to benefit dates. No actual payment was missed as such and I always paid any extra charges. My home insurance lst was £439 and now they have removed the option to pay by direct debit and my policy is now £649 and they expect me to be able to pay in full. Absolute joke
I do appreciate it is not there problem I am now relying on benefits I get that. But to expect me to just pay that kind of money. And I have not claimed or anything but the policy has increased by over £200. Just crazy oh well insurance shopping here I come.

If I could give more than 5* my journey starts with a coordinator and mine was the absolutely fantastic Yunus Emre Ekici. I would absolutely recommend this guy he is fantastic always answers and is always available to answer questions or get information when needed. Deffo use Yunus you won't be disappointed.
So I arrived in Turkey on Mon 21st of Nov my surgery was booked for the 22nd. B4 Surgery you go for a lot of tests to make sure you are viable for surgery. Every member of staff amazing. My consultant Dr Ergan Azlan was absolutely amazing he is a true gentleman. Constantly checking in on you all the staff on the 4th floor are incredible. I did not have any bad experiences at all. I never felt pain because they keep your pain meds topped up. If u need extra they come right fast. Honestly I 1000% recommend this hospital and all the team.

If I could have rated this a minus I absolutely would. This company is disgusting. I was due to attend a business event this weekend 16th/09/22. However out of respect for HM the Queen the event has been cancelled. Now I take full responsibility for not reading it properly and the saver rater is non refundable I do understand. However due to the circumstances I also didn't forsee the event being cancelled.when I have called to change the dates because they won't refund so we need to try and keep changing dates till the 3 off us are all free again to actually use the room. But in order to change it either costs us more money or we loose money because the price is very low. £180 is a lot of money to ppl like Myself. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK WITH THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.
