ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!
I have on Tue the 17th of August booked and paid for 6 parcels to be collected for delivery £30+ postage. So no one arrived to collect on Wed. I called Hermes on the 19th asking why my parcels weren't ready. I was told the driver said they weren't ready. The driver never came to my door. (Security camera checked) so was told they are out to be collects today (19th). Nope still no one call this morning 20th was told oh they will definitely be collected today. I have just been on the phone again to be told they won't be collected today the drive has "vehicle Breakdown/Illness. They may come tomorrow but my parcels are already 3 days late. There answer was you can take them to a parcel drop off. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. The two advisors from today Nadile and Danielle. Absolutely disgusting no customer service skills both told lies its just awful. I will never again use Hermes. DPD OR ROYAL MAIL from now!!!!.

Ķrizma is an amazing company its all about Empowering you to be your BEST self. This company is led by an incredible lady Samantha. This CEO is not in this for just the profits she is here for her business partners her retailers. This company is about values and MrsP projects that in to her products EVERYTHING comes with all the information needed to make sure everyone can use the products. The products themselves are amazing my family has skin issues and haven't been able to use most products. But they can Use the Soap sponges the Bath bombs and the salts. I suffer horrific pain I use the Muscle rub it's incredible. I myself have had a few issues with damages via delivery I have emailed head office. And 13 yes 13 minutes later I have a reply to say my replacement was being sent today. And yes next day Dpd has delivered. I am not saying that Krizma get it right everytime. But when it's not right MrsP and her head office staff fix it right away as a company should. This is not just a company it's a family and MrsP is the mother. And the products the incentives and freebies are 2nd to none. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDE KRIZMA.

I have worked for Krizma since April 2020. So through the first lockdown and including this current lockdown. I have never been let down and neither have my customer. Wait times are fantastic when the world is on normal functions. However we have a pandemic and some times our deliveries can be a little longer they are within 21 working days. Our CEO has never yet failed to deliver and I have faith and believe with all my heart she never would. She cares for us.Working for Krizma is the best thing I have ever done. The products are outstanding the bath and shower products ha e changed my skin totally. I am on a horrific amount of medication. My skin and hair were awful but thanx to Krizma shampoo bars my hair has life and looks 100%better it has shine. And it has grown. The skin care range is incredible. Yeah like every company not every product I like but I love at least 90%of the products. Our Ceo is amazing she listens to us takes our ideas on board and whare she can she gives us what we want. I would highly recommend Krizma for both buying and working for.
