I was told about 4 weeks ago that i would get phone call from the executive dep from John About new meter update never came still waitin. Was due compensation and had info about solar panels as i am now feeding back electricity I am still waitng compensation and again still no mphone call the email keeps being returned back so like a phone call about this What about the solar panels when it feeds back to the grid i have a invertors hard wired how do you charge when it feeds back is there a email adress ?

Had charge cable to charge scooter no out door charging and internet dish no way of putting on roof has told gardeners can move o £400 dish with out care quick to complain about me to land lord i think breaking GDPR dont reply to emails and kids playing in car park cars had to stop and break playing ball games wont do a thing about that

Unfortunately you put through a credit card charge back on goods that you then called up for support on. The charge back was reversed but you have shouted down the phone at staff. We will be unable to serve you due to your behaviour.
My order says delivered even though it had my current address I was in due to not being well I was very suspired to see that it had been delivered £349.00 order lost I understand the drivers can read English correctly why delivery my order to a wrong address either that or the driver has stollen it I await with interest to see what happens and the out come it has been reported to the police and Trading Standards

I was told i would get refund not full 4 to 5 days day 4 still nothing had to keep asking for reference id did not get they said it was sent some where for report more or less told it was my self that done it should have recorded opening it. first was told wont be getting it back still don't have it I was phoned up saying there was a wrong digit. To date I still don't have it I have put in a charge back from the bank. I my self wont be buying from them again give i think wrong information again still don't have refund and still dont have the item back they said they would return it but when????????

SDR Play not wired had to open it to find out then was told i void the warranty no where do it say that bad Customer service soon as i said that he said would put it on my order as I was going to say some this he hanged up I wont buy from them again said I'm not mobile due to hip. was not offering to help wont buy again unless i this makes a response from them with offering of help ill be carefulull did not help when order did not turn up THERE WAS NO SEAL ON THE UNIT AND NONE BROKEN

The customer took the SDR play apart and the SMA is not connected to the board, He Told Jamie and Martin the same thing. He has been told that he has voided the warranty and if he sends it back to us we can have a look, but he has opened the unit up.
So we offered to support you even though you had opened the unit, but you were made aware that the warranty is voided,
It’s not that we are being, none understanding it is that the manufacturer will see it’s been opened and may and I say this lightly not support the exchange,
Had a refund on the 7th August normall get it next day tonns of call no help say keep waiting i phone to again getting stressed they keep saying speak to the bank i have done they cant do any thig i emailed ECR tonns of times today asking for call back they say refund has been done thats it wont helpp wont call back asked many times to call and for help the refund has i think got lost in transit. they wont help what so ever
Did not like to lose £170 becuse i lost every thing on pn including emails would not rebook had to pay agai they keep £170.00 some one whos on employment and support no offer of refund

I have contacted our PM for the development about certain items kids playing freely in the car park saying its there play ground no suppervion they name call when I email to complain no reply but when they complain about me they react send letters They scream shout no respect so i have to use body cam for my protection as i have told parents they say sorry but a day or so later at it again Yet when they needed help locating water mains taps she called and i helped im classed as unrable and suffer from depreesion they play right under the balcony where the steps are shouting then looking up in my window to see if im there

I had Sky Q I lost signal 3 weeks or so before some one came they came a week or so early. I got diagnosed with prostate cancer getting stressed the engineer finally turned up did not have time to properly dress had t shirt on underpants well on . I have a huge light saber collection FX Effect very expensive either leaning against the wall one is on the wall. I got a call from executive office saying he complained I was waving them about which was not I was stress because of the cancer they say they deal with major emergency's so why me. I tweeted them to still complain they actually said inappropriate use of a light saber I had in my hand at the time a replica of cyberman prop from classic doctor who he cant tell the difference I was so angry I told them to cancel my subscription. I then chanced my mind stopped it lasted about a month the sky Q signal went again phone up went straight to executive office to get some one round I then did cancel the hole thing not a word as to how am I with the prostate cancer this engineer really blackened my name been with them nearly 10 year no trouble till he turned will never go back. A couple of weeks ago got a call from sky insurance saying I have none told them what to go and do said not to ring back. Sky customer service is not worth it the way I have been treat by them nothing about a long term membership with the never been cut off they are hopless I explained why as I just woken up from pain killer I have back problems on injections for that so cant lift heavy items nt happy with the way they treated I will avoid them from now on
