Spent a week in the Garden Cottage at Habton House. This is a quintessential cottage with the addition of a modern bathroom and kitchen. All the linens and products were high quality and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The cottage has the benefit of views of the beautiful garden of the main house. It is a wonderful setting that is peaceful and quiet. We received a lovely welcome basket and had a wonderful time. We would definitely revisit this cottage if we were to go to Yorkshire again.

Went to Ableworld Salford yesterday to look for a scooter for my mum. Once again Matt was really helpful. We bought a scooter for my dad a few months ago and just cannot fault the knowledge and support of Matt throughout the process. He is patient with the elderly and explains everything so clearly. We are now the owners of two scooters from this company and are extremely happy with our purchases. The six month free insurance is another added bonus!! Thanks again Matt for your help. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Can I once again heap praise on Ableworld in Salford and again Matt!! We had ordered and paid for a scooter for my dad. When it arrived Matt wasn’t happy with it, there was a slight flaw, rightly so, he asked for another. Once that arrived it was the same. He had arranged for a scooter from the sister shop to be on standby. As it happens we did go with the standby and it was delivered today. The guys who brought it were wonderful and took time out to show dad again the controls. I am extremely grateful to all concerned with this Company. My parents are elderly and at times it takes a while to get them to understand the world today. Matt along with all the other staff I’ve encountered within this company are extremely patient and supportive and nothing has been an issue for them.
I hope Ableworld keeps hold of these staff members and never changes the ethics of the Company. I deeply appreciate everything that has been done for us. No one knows our full circumstances but a company like this makes life a lot easier. Thank you again.

Absolutely first class Company. Matt in the Swinton, Salford, Manchester office was exceptional. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and he answered all our questions. We bought a mobility scooter for dad and Matt fully explained everything about it. The icing on the cake was not only an amazing price but two years warranty, plus 6 months free insurance and a bag for the back of the seat. Took my dads car in today for a service. Excellent customer services. We dealt with Olivia who was exactly the kind of person you want dealing with customers. She was efficient, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Lookers Manchester for car services. We were kept informed of each step as it happened. Refreshing to deal with genuinely nice people. Ordered a voucher for my auntie in December. The voucher didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services. I was helped by Sue Thomas who was really helpful and sorted out the issue. She put a stop on the original card and sent another out using the tracked post for no extra cost. The card arrived as promised. Really happy with the response and will definitely use again. Thank you

I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered, it hadn't. Went on live chat where they insisted it had been handed over to me. They kept insisting it was handed to me and the driver was in my area from sat nav. It then went to an investigation. Got an email the next day telling me exactly the same. That the parcel was handed over to me (using my Christian name) and that they could prove the van was in the correct place however he did most definitely did not deliver to me. It stated that their investigation was closed and if I had an issue to take it up with the sender!!! This is clearly an error with Yodel as I have now found out it was handed to a neighbours teenage daughter named ANNABELLE!! and that he hadn't asked her name, just left the parcel with her which she thought had been ordered by her parents so left it in their hallway until he parents came home today. Disgraceful behaviour lying and trying to make me out to be the liar!! The number on our house is plenty big enough to see so it was the driver who went to the wrong house.... not at all happy

Bought a Manduka yoga mat and bag from Yoga Studio. The mat was packed well and arrived quickly. Had a slight issue with the price and contacted the company who were extremely professional and sorted us out very quickly. Would highly recommend them, quick, efficient and professional. Thank you.
