Lost card

Ordered a voucher for my auntie in December. The voucher didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services. I was helped by Sue Thomas who was really helpful and sorted out the issue. She put a stop on the original card and sent another out using the tracked post for no extra cost. The card arrived as promised. Really happy with the response and will definitely use again. Thank you
