Useless and lazy

Useless and lazy
I live in a shared house with 14 people living here.
Instead of writing down a leaflet for each parcel and each person they've just left 1 leaflet saying to contact them to redelivery 3 items. This is no good. How do I know it's my parcel I need. Royal mail is a terrible company to use
I don't want to have to waste my day off trying to track down my package, if it's even my package.
I'm going to ring royal mail and complain tomorrow because I don't want this in the future.
No wonder people are choosing other companies to send items through the post as royal mail are just 100% useless and lazy.

I rang up debt management today and got…

I rang up debt management today and got through in 30 seconds.
I tried to sort out a debt payment plan. You can't do a payment plan whilst on benefits using debt recovery team.
They told me I need to phone back and use option 2 then 4.
Yeah. No. After 10 minutes of being in a queue I just gave up. I'm not here to sit and listen to some horrible music whilst on hold for probably the next hour.
Why is it so difficult to try and pay money to UC for a debt. You would think debt management would be able to sort out debt problems.
You can chase me down for the money now instead. I really don't want my time wasted by you again. No wonder the UK is one massive debate problem.
UC is the worst benefits ever to happen.

I assume Aviva owns Aviva zero. I'm with Aviva zero.
My renewal is coming up in a few weeks. I do online comparisons and can get it cheaper so I think I will ring up and ask if they will price match.
Ringing Aviva zero , i get put through to a lazy woman, doesn't even bother looking at her screen and just lies all the way through the phone call about how the renewal is the cheapest they can do and how they don't price match etc.
She then says " that's why your premium has gone up" got cha, my premium went down. My renewal was cheaper. That's why I know your staff was a lying sack of s....

Not good at all. I was happy with Aviva zero until this woman.

Not happy at all. You need to get your customer service staff in check. This woman will cost you business in the future with her bad attitude.

I went to Asda yesterday and almost…

I went to Asda yesterday and almost died with their prices they've increased again. Items up 5p 15p 35p etc. more profit for them whilst us inon the UK can't live. I walked out just milk and left all the other items on the shelf. I will just go to the cheaper shop a 2 minute walk away. I can't believe how much Asda has gone up in the last few years. We can't even afford to eat anymore in the UK.

Just rang Sheffield waleswood euro car parts 01909 phone number is s26 I believe it was and instead of getting their store. I got a Doncaster store. What a useless company euro car parts is. Does it look like I phone Doncaster or Sheffield up? No wonder retail business is dying. I can order the part online right now from a big business and have it delivered next day. Euro car parts needs to get with the time and have the store you rung up actually answer the phone and not get a random store answer. More business lost for euro car parts because they don't have their own telephone system. Terrible.

Euro car parts is asking forore details on here so they can remove your negative feedback from the site. I see why it is 3.8 stars on here and not 1.8 stars. Its because euro car parts have removed most of the negative feedback.

Halfords have taken away the ability to talk to specific stores and instead we get through to foreign people who are glorified secretaries who don't speak English very well.
Does it look like a call centre knows about my car, my wiring, my speakers, my clips I need, and the rest of the stuff to upgrade my car?
Halfords id a pointless store now. They're 100% useless.

Never gives offers and end up paying full price

No wonder Poundland is a dying franchise. I just got 3 items that was suppose to have been 3 for 3 pound and no it charged me full price at 1.25, 1.25 and 1.50. I hardly go to Poundland anymore because items maybe a price. It's just easier to skip the shop and just pay full price at the supermarket. I don't think I will fall for their offers anymore and instead keep the money in my pocket.

100% battery and only lasts 12 hours
The Motorola g54 is a terrible phone. I've bought it today and the battery only last 12 hours on a full charge. What am I suppose to do with that? Its not even going to be enough battery to last me when I go out. Never again will I ever buy a Motorola phone. This will be my first and last phone. £150 wasted.

Sheffield City Council don't care about…

Sheffield City Council don't care about homeless.
I got here at 9 am. Its now 11:25. 2 hours later and only seen 1 woman and 1 guy for 5 minutes each time. The woman spoke to quiet and didnt seem to care. The guy didn't seem to care and just seemed he wanted to keep me here until 12pm without seeing anyone. Told them ive work soon and cant wait around for long buy they didnt care. I've had to leave without seeing anyone again because Sheffield City Council don't care about anyone here. They're a disgraceful Council who are all just stood around doing nothing at all.

I guess I will go back to living in my tent in the woods. Sheffield City Council won't help you ever!

Phone is so slow only after a few years…

Phone is so slow only after a few years of use.
I can only have 1 app open at any one time.
Only had it a few years and it's already at the end of its life. I didn't know 32gb phones was terrible and would be obsolete within 2 years. Samsung are terrible phone.
0 pics, 0 videos, 0 files, 0 everything on my phone except a few apps.
The rest of the 32gb is used by aamsung its self. They've taken it all off me. Left me with nothing.

Now I've looked online for a new phone and the cheapest Samsung phones is now like 128gbehat is 128gb o9ng to do? My friend had a 128yb phone and their storage is full. Not gonna make the same mistake by buying a slow Samsung phone. Going to stay well clear from Samsung phones in the future and go with a none branded phone that will be twice as powerful.

I wish I had never bought a Samsung phone a few years back. Been one of my biggest mistake in my life.

I visited sports direct sheffield…

I visited sports direct sheffield crystal peaks on 20/05/24. I bought a pair of dunlop safety boots for £39.99. I wore them 2 times for 7 hours and then 1 times for 2 hours and a buckle broke on them. What a loss of rubbish sports direct is selling cheaply made shoes from dunlop. The boots was Dunlop Nova SB WR Sn00 at 39.99£. Never again will I buy safety boots from sports direct again. Your stock you're selling in store is absolutely rubbish now a days.

Don't go to blacks meadowhall sheffied.
I went in for some seam sealent for my tent as it has sprung a leak on seam.
There was 2 products. I read both of the packaging on the back and decided to go for the right one at £8.50. I readt it again and it said full instructions inside.
I decided to pop the plastic open to read the last little bit of instructions when a member of staff came along and started screamingat me infront of like 20 customers how I've opened a package up and its against policy and grabbed it all off me, physically took it all out of my hands..
I asked the member of staff where the sign is about not opening items up and to no avail he couldn't point me in the direction of the policy or sign.
I told him I'd like my item back as I'm buying it but just wanted to read the instructions fully.
He said no you buy now I take you to till. I'm thinking I'm not a child. I can take my own item there. 20 customers still looking at me like I'm a thief all whilst I'm being belittled by this member of staff at meadowhall sheffield.

I couldn't believe it. He didn't even have an sia license badge on to say he was security which means he shouldn't even be stopping anyone at all. His job is retail customer service. I he suspects a thief he should call security or 999 in an emergency.
The manager or what ever he pulled out was just as useless sticking up for the member of staff instead of a customer who keeps themselves in a job.

I could have bought the item online for cheaper and not even had to go to this store. I know in the future these won't get my business anymore. I don't know why they treated a customer so poorly. retail business is dying and customer service agents like him is the reason more shoppers are going on line instead of instore.

I put in a complaint to blacks management via their phone number but it will probably go on deaf ears.

Shocking. Never afain.

Waste of my time this company is.

Waste of my time this company is.
I looked online for tent sealant and it's sold in the range. I travel for 15 minutes to get here. I can't find it. I look at the ad again and it's sold and shipped by some other useless company using the range website.
Never again will I ever use your online site ever. You've lost a customer for life.
Don't advertise something that isn't even stocked or sold at the range.
What an absolute waste of my time.

Sames videos over and over again on facebook.
I can't get away from the same videos on Facebook. It's just the same ones over and over again everytime I go on facebook. I even force it to change my videos and then 3 video down is the same video I'm testing to skip. I don't know who is in charge of facebook videos but they're doing a terrible job. I really have almost given up on facebook videos. Facebook is terrible now a days.

I've been with these for about 10 years

I've been with these for about 10 years
And I can't even get an overdraft or loan with them. I've savings of over £7,000 and was unlikely to get an overdraft for £10 never mind even the loan they declined. I guess it's OK me having £24k per year going into a lloyda bank but when I need something they're none existent. With being able to withdraw and deposit cash at post offices I think it might be time to swap all of my stuff out of these conning banks and move to something that will treat me with respect and dignity I deserve

It took away desktop view on mobile again.
Now I need to spend ages to find out how to get back of this terrible mobile view. It's horrible. It's disgusting. I don't know ow why imdb thought it is a good look but it 100% isn't. The site also tried to force me to download the app which is even worse than the Internet site.

Keeps changing my preference store.
It's just took me over 10 minutes to order one item because the site keeps changing my preferred store. It changed it over 5 times back to the wrong one. Eventually it swapped me to a random one also.
Why is tour site just changing my store to a random one?
I can't even click on the item and then choose a store.
No wonder I keep going to your competitors, its just easier not to have the hassle of it changing my stores. Who ever is in charge of thr website needs to have a different career path because they're losing your customers.

Network error on their sire

Network error on their sire. I've just been on their site to try and order a sim card. All I keep getting is network error. I can't even order a simcard to my address to start the process of being a customer with them. I don't know why I keep getting network error but i guess I can't get a sim card.
