I assume Aviva owns Aviva zero

I assume Aviva owns Aviva zero. I'm with Aviva zero.
My renewal is coming up in a few weeks. I do online comparisons and can get it cheaper so I think I will ring up and ask if they will price match.
Ringing Aviva zero , i get put through to a lazy woman, doesn't even bother looking at her screen and just lies all the way through the phone call about how the renewal is the cheapest they can do and how they don't price match etc.
She then says " that's why your premium has gone up" got cha, my premium went down. My renewal was cheaper. That's why I know your staff was a lying sack of s....

Not good at all. I was happy with Aviva zero until this woman.

Not happy at all. You need to get your customer service staff in check. This woman will cost you business in the future with her bad attitude.
