Halfords have taken away the ability to…

Halfords have taken away the ability to talk to specific stores and instead we get through to foreign people who are glorified secretaries who don't speak English very well.
Does it look like a call centre knows about my car, my wiring, my speakers, my clips I need, and the rest of the stuff to upgrade my car?
Halfords id a pointless store now. They're 100% useless.
