An extremely disappointing experience.

An extremely disappointing experience.
I had high hopes for Loaf, the branding is exceptional therefore I expected the products to be in line with that. Sadly this wasn’t the case. 2 items arrived damaged, one of which was replaced some weeks later, the other was replaced and the replacement arrived damaged. I’m waiting for a third one. The finish on one of the wooden items was terrible, I got a large splinter when I lifted it into place.
I’ve had to chase Loaf so many times on the phone I’ve lost count, taking up so much of my time. I’m especially embarrassed because I ordered on behalf of 2 clients of mine who are both very disappointed, this reflects on me.
There’s quality control issues and the products unfortunately haven’t lived up to the pictures on the website.
I have found the whole experience exhausting, which has been going on for months now.
When you pay premium prices you believe you are paying for premium products and service but this hasn’t been the case.

A very frustrating & exhausting experience

A very disappointing experience. Huge delays, delivery dates constantly being falsely promised. Faulty goods. There’s a problem with quality control.
I understand due to the pandemic that many companies have struggled with supply and that can’t be helped however I do think to sell products and list an in stock date on the website & then fail to meet that date, give another date and fail to meet that date too is unacceptable. It’s just annoying for the customer and in fact has caused me lots of problems since I was ordering for my business. When products do eventually arrive and they are damaged that just adds to the frustration. It’s cost be lots of time in unpaid hours. I also think the near permanent 20% off offer online makes a mockery of the prices and the brand. Poor marketing because it’s not really a sale. Just lower the inflated prices by 20% permanently.
I still don’t have all my items that were ordered in February! Nobody contacts you with any updates. One has to keep phoning and chasing and waiting long times on the phone to get through. The team are very pleasant on the phone I must say, it’s probably difficult for them dealing with all the queries.
I am so underwhelmed, disappointed and frustrated by the whole exhausting experience.
