An extremely disappointing experience.

An extremely disappointing experience.
I had high hopes for Loaf, the branding is exceptional therefore I expected the products to be in line with that. Sadly this wasn’t the case. 2 items arrived damaged, one of which was replaced some weeks later, the other was replaced and the replacement arrived damaged. I’m waiting for a third one. The finish on one of the wooden items was terrible, I got a large splinter when I lifted it into place.
I’ve had to chase Loaf so many times on the phone I’ve lost count, taking up so much of my time. I’m especially embarrassed because I ordered on behalf of 2 clients of mine who are both very disappointed, this reflects on me.
There’s quality control issues and the products unfortunately haven’t lived up to the pictures on the website.
I have found the whole experience exhausting, which has been going on for months now.
When you pay premium prices you believe you are paying for premium products and service but this hasn’t been the case.
